The front door needs a better security lock, and sliding doors could be updated. Everything else was perfect.

Sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable but it was adequate. Mattress was a bit thin, such that i could feel the frame rod on my back. I was surprised to see two twin beds in one of the bedrooms. Would have been nice to have 2 full-sized beds. Great if you have 2 kids but not if u have 2 couples.

Property interior was clean and modern. The 2 bathrooms were great to have. One room had a Queen bed. Kitchen and appliances were nice. Pool view. Parking was very near.

Everything was wonderful.

The apartment was better than expected. The bathrooms and kitchen look newly renovated with modern amenities. The bathrooms have the over head rain shower as well as the standard shower. It was the first time my teen volunteered to shower first and multiple times a day. The pool are is accompanied by a lake view. Security is present poolside also. The staff are great with wonderful customer service.

There was a card advertising ’OrderInn’ left in the condo which suggested it was room service provided by the venue. As we’d arrived late we thought would be a good option. It finally arrived 2 hours after ordering, wasn’t properly cooked and was cold. Asked for a refund, got a partial one but I notice they still kept all the ‘extra fees’. I spoke to the receptionist when we left to advise of such poor service, they weren’t interested, said it was nothing to do with them.

Fresh, clean, bed was exceptionally comfortable.

the pull out couch was broken so my friend had to sleep on the couch itself, the security guard was very rude to my friends and the Uber screaming at us that we needed our parking pass at all times when nobody told us upon check in.

Please booking try verify hotel this is not hotel is owners renting apartment and no answer phone i need my miney back this hotel was scam and i go to another hotel i habe all prove let me know good email for send all screem photos o have for all more than 2 hours and i go there with 2 kids i arribe there in car 10:10 pm and try contact booking and scam htel and i leave at 12:30 and nothings is solve

This location is closed after 10 pm and i rent another hotel because no oke respond and nobody attend in site i call booking and they say i need way at next day but i go vacation to disney and this location at 10 pm is closed and no bidy answer the phone and booking never return the money back i have picture screen photo half hour talking with vooking and i try contact the hotel and the hitel look like scam is not hotel is some apartments and no budy work there is owners and not answer phone and booking need return the money they know i was there at time and this same day a huracan pass for this place and i go there and never call Me back and never return my money for this scam
