Rooms weren't put together very well carpet stapled to the wall, fixtures falling out of the wall, wallpaper not put on the wall correctly. Looks very much like a hand-me-down hotel

The jets in our tub did not work. We paid extra to have a room with this function. We didn't know until 11pm when we went to use it or we would have asked for another room sooner.

We love the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was amazing. The pool was private during the time we used it. Which was a plus.

It’s a little rough in the room we were in, kinda made it look dirty. The pool was closed all weekend because a child had puked in it.

The beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows! The free breakfast was delicious and had lots of options!

Pool was cold No sheets on hide a bed . No extra blankets for hideabed. Nothing with name and address on it in room, so when calling for delivery you couldn't give it.

the toilet was in the same room as the bathtub which made it difficult to house multiple people when one person is taking a shower and another person needs to poo. the only ice machine was located in the lobby which isn't terribly annoying but still.

the bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. the air conditioner worked. there was a mini fridge.

when we arrived they didn’t have all the rooms available that I booked. front desk did accommodate with a different room after some conversation. rooms were not clean again. breakfast was horrible. out of the very small selection the food was horrible tasting and fruit was paste it’s shelf life.

Mediocre breakfast. Our room faced the front parking lot where the parking lot light shinned into our room the whole night. Big curtains do not close and the shear curtains do not block this light.

The jets in the jacuzzi in my room didn't work I tried calling front desk from my room it was busy. I walked down there and told the Ladies they told me there was a sign on door that it didn't work. I could cancle get my money back. They did call my room to apologize they thought i meant the hotel pool. They moved me to a room with working jets. Later that i heard somone trying to get in my room. I yelled through door asking what they wanted then front desk came down asking why i was in that room. They moved me to that room but forgot to mark it in computer and then rented my room out. Thank goodness i had bolted the door otherwise they would have walked in on me

The pool was over chlorinated. Our eyes were burning and the kids were coughing choking coughing from the fumes.
