The room only had one coffee cup, and I was staying 2 nights. I threw mine away and they did not give me a clean one day 2.

The lobby & hallways smelled musty, as if they hadn’t been steam cleaned in a few years. The air conditioning unit is the room was dirty in the vents and some grease or jelly like substance was on top.

Coffee was good, didn’t bother with the breakfast.

The pool was the major reason I chose this hotel. Upon arrival I discovered it was not in use. Daily requests to have the room cleaned (clean towels, garbage removed) produced promises but not results. The room was cleaned once in 5 days!

The breakfasts were good. There was no variety during a 5 day stay The area is awesome having little to do with the hotel.

The staff at night were very discourtious and not very helpful. The maintenance at the site was needed throughout the room and common areas. Asked to talk with a manager on Friday morning and none were on site to resolve our room issues. Was woken up on Friday night at 11 PM because the night staff thought the room was empty.

The bath tub was really nasty, I had requested recliner, they approved, but it wasn't there. The view was trashy outside the window. Kept curtain closed. At breakfast I had a cheese Danish, it was moldy. Staff were very nice and tried to help with the recliner . My Mother had a hip replacement. Has to sleep in a recliner.

Staff was rude and unhelpful. Had an issue with our reservation. Would not look at reservation confirmation I had. Stated they didn’t have what I said and could/would do nothing. Refused to look for different rooms available to fix it and just stated they knew nothing but what was in front of them and they couldn’t fix anything. Refused to let me speak with a manager and just asked if I still wanted what they offered me or not. But that I would still be charged since I hadn’t cancelled in enough time. I will never stay at that hotel again and am extremely hesitant to stay with anything in this chain if this is how customers are treated. We stayed because what option did we have. Then refused to give me a printed receipt of the rooms when checking out because they pre authorized more then what my room was booked at. I was eventually charged my correct amount but will not do this again.

We had so many issues with this hotel it ruined our stay. When we went to check in the woman working the front desk was extremely rude and our room wasn’t ready on time. Our room wasn’t ready until 2 hours after our check in time. The pool was closed when we arrived then someone opened it later that night, then the manager arrived in the morning and closed it again because apparently it never should have been opened. My kids were extremely disappointed. The breakfast tasted disgusting and there were very few options for prepackaged items and drinks. When we went to check out we found out we hadn’t been checked in properly so we were charged an extra $200 that we shouldn’t have been. The manager of the front desk did get that fixed within a day or two and apologized for all the issues but I still wouldn’t recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone.

The property itself was decent. The room was large and comfortable.
