I don't have any negative comments about this place. I totally recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice and good location place.

From the beginning to the end, excellent!!! Place was spotless, and we got an upgrade to a bigger room for no additional cost. There were 5 star right there!!!!

We wanted to do barbeque but it was windy outside so wasn't able to use the outdoor grill. They didn't have any indoor cooking area so we had to get a taxi for $30 for a round trip to go to restaurant in town. there's not much restaurant to go around this area. if we were able to cook ourselves, we could have saved some money on the food and taxi.

Everything was perfect

Really Nice Decoration hotel. Entering the room smells clean. My best friend and I spent a really nice weekend in the 2 double bed bedroom. Warm Welcome. Possible to have access to the sister hotel haven which is nice also. Free coffee and tea at the reception for the morning. I will definetely coming back

That it is on the "bay/lake" side and not the ocean side of Montauk and that the beach was not exactly connected to the hotel. The online advertising is a bit misleading,

The only thing I can think of as a negative was trying to find it, as there are a lot of hotels on the same street, literally right next to this one, it was hard to figure out which was which couldn't find their sign. But other than that, everything was lovely.

Absolutely lovely place. The host/owners were very accomodative and helpful. We arrived later than their check in, and they helped us out so it all worked out. The room was great and the area is also good. The room smelled really nice as we arrived and there was soothing music playing. It was a great stay. Would love to come back.

can see the water, so clean and smells amazing like a south beach hotel. everything you need wrapped up in a chic minimalist comfy space. has a lawn with day beds and games like corn hike and fire pits too. can’t wait to come back and spend more time here. I think I saw bicycles that we can use as well. Great job your doing - thank you!!

A microwave in the room

I asked if they could put balloons or hearts in my room for my husbands bday. They did at no charge. And the room was clean, comfortable and staff was wonderfully helpful and very sweet. I can’t wait to book another stay!

Great location. Quiet. Town was 3 minute drive. Trisha ,the front desk person, was so nice and accommodating. Housekeeping were so friendly. Lawn had all kinds of games for family. Pet friendly . Room was cute and clean

Only thing is the room was about $320 a night which is a bit expensive for a motel, but that was in full season and last minute. Might find a better price if booking in advance!

Extremely nice and helpful staff. Wonderful property with outdoor activities, bbq, nice spots to chill. 5 min walking from a deli market and 5 min walking from a small beautiful beach. Would come back without hesitation. Very clean. Loved the code system -no news to carry keys/cards around.
