Bath had hair and dead skin in it when it was filled up. The air con was too loud. The windo was placed right next to the top of the bed and the blinds didn’t stop the light going through when drawn so was woken up at sunrise 5am…

    Beautiful location & comfortable beds.

Didn’t enforce no smoking policy. People below us were smoking and the smell entered our room. Restaurant was ok, prices not too bad for remote location, service patchy but staff were pleasant. Tours are expensive.

Fantastic location. View over monument valley from our balcony on 2nd floor. Comfortable beds with all necessary facilities. Good pod coffee machine. Ample parking near room. Interesting museum on site with lots of history of the area. Tour through valley with Navajo guide was very good, Bruce had lots of local knowledge and amusing commentary.

Room was dated, felt old. It felt clean, and was awesome in 80's or 90's. But, 20-30+ years later? Could use some upgrades. Not bitching, the question was ask

    Location can't be beat. Beautiful

The restaurant really lets it down - food was awful- stuff in the shop looked quite ropey as well - bring your own dinner!

It has the views you expect but is further from monument valley than you think. We had a cabin, it was well equipped and spotless

The restuarant needs to be more receptive and welcoming. The wait staff seemed lazy and annoyed with our presents. More hours to dine. The gift store prices were way too high. Maybe have more mid-range priced items.

Loved the view in being tucked into the red rock. Beautiful. I also liked the different things to do on the property.

I particularly, booked this accommodation as it was recommended as a good spot for stargazing. Unfortunately, local Petrol/Gas station and another building, lit up with lights ... couldn't see many stars as a result. Should have booked the View hotel.

    The view was perfect.

I didn't think the front desk staff was very helpful. It was a busy time we were checking in and out.

We had a cabin with a view of the mountains, a lovely porch with a table and chairs to we could enjoy our food and drinks while enjoying the view.

The entire staff working at the restaurant had 0 smiles nor personality. Everyone seemed to hate their job. We couldn’t wait to leave. We didn’t go back for breakfast the next morning.

    - The staff at the front desk were very helpful. - The location and the authentic feel of the property - The grocery store and gas station - The balcony in the room and the views - the property had everything we needed! We highly recommend it.

The staff was shady. I had 2 bookings and just wanted to combine them. They charged me more to stay where I was in the Cabin but told me the attached rooms were much nicer than the cabins. Not true and not sure why they were being so weird about it. Shady.

I liked the spaciousness of the cabin. I prefer the space over the motel room vibe.

The welcome at the reception was very unfriendly. If you charge prices over $200 a night, a nice welcome should be part of the deal. The cabin was OK, but cheaply build.

The cabin was great, the view covered by the other cabins. For one night stand it was OK and it also has a front area to sit outside. Sleeps 3 - 4 peoples
