It is a bit of an "interesting" neighborhood BUT there is a wonderful Charleston's restaurant in walking distance. Great local hang out and good food. That balanced the location to good!

The breakfast was basic but good. Both hot and cereal options. Coffee, milk, juice for beverages. BONUS, they have a cold water jug (glug-glug) dispenser in the lobby. I was able to fill up my water bottle with quality, cold water.

I chose a nonsmoking room and went outside to smoke in my vehicle. The owner of the property came outside to make sure that I was ok. That was appreciated. Especially concidering the fact that my guest had not arrived and I am a woman sitting outside alone.

There was a limited selection for breakfast and the room with the toilet and tub/shower was quite small. We would have preferred to have a door between the bathroom sink area and the sleeping area.

We chose this hotel for the extra room provided in the suite - specifically to have a couch to relax on in the evening. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly.

I have been using GS for years, and like every other business, giving up a little quality for a higher price is what we are all paying other than inflation. Breakfast has gradually declined in the quality and quantity since new management but the new chairs and tables are nice. Elevated gives a nice view of plants and interior but it's ruined by mildew and musty smell of elevator. I guess I. Like everyone else, can't wait until business and economic environment returns to normal.........

I'm glad that the cleanliness has been maintained at GS! The rooms are always clean and comfy. Is a good value for families. The cleaning staff for the most part is friendly, the front desk staff can be a little questionable but doable.

The staff took a while to check us in and longer to check us out. I think about 10-20 minutes wait to check in and then half an hour to check out. Not a lot of people there either, just didn't seem to be in any hurry to get up front.

Loved the jacuzzi area and the sauna (all in one spot) and the location of the hotel was right next to everything you'd need, lots of restaurants and even a couple grocery stores if needed.

The mattress had seen its better days. I was hurting all over and couldn't stay comfortable in one spot the last 3 hrs of the night.

The facility is a little tired and needs some attention. That being said, it is clean and comfortable. It has lots of character. Beds are comfy and rooms are large. Atrium is special. Breakfast was good. This was great value. We would stay here again.

I actually book the wrong hotel. So it was not close to anything we were in okc to do. But that was my fault. But it was not bad for the night. It is older so it has that older smell to it, but it’s nice.

There was nothing I disliked. It was excellent value for money so taking into account the price paid I was not looking for brand new fixtures and fittings. As it was the fixtures and fittings were worn, but clean and in working order, for me more of a home from home.

Very clean. My room was spacious as is the central floor. Staff didn't seem to stop, constantly tidying or making adjustments. Very quick to return to front desk when bell was rung.

The beds are hard, pillows are small and lumpy. Hot tub and steam room didn't seem as hot or powerful as it used to be. At least this time they worked. Last 2 trips they were broken. Under previous ownership Staff was so very friendly and personable. Now with new owners, you are just someone staying and paying at their business.

This is our usual place to stay when we visit OKC. We stay because the lobby is pretty, rooms are hugh, hot tub and steam room, full breakfast. Quiet.

Breakfast was very good, cleanliness was very good, staff was very friendly missed the Christmas decorations. The place was not festive at all, quite a disappointment our stay last year. Lobby was cold.
