Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsRoom was slightly on the dusty side, especially the curtains, but it's a very minor thing and didn't detract from the experience. Other than that, everything else was lovely.
Graduate hotels have such a cute concept. Even our key cards featured celebrities (ours was Tiger Woods and Reese Witherspoon) and their alma maters. Staff were excellent, friendly and attentive from the start. The room was neat, though quite small, and gave a very elevated dorm in an elite institution vibes. We didn't get a chance to explore the rooftop bar, but the restaurant was delicious with even better drinks. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in town.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, my 6-year-old wanted to ride the old elevator they have. When it wasn't coming down one helpful team member jumped in to help us and ended up running up several flights of stairs to check and see if the door was left open. When she was gone another team member jumped in and offered to assist and do the same. The decor was as expected, tehe building was just cool. Everything was above what was expected, especially at this price point.

United StatesOn top of a $350 1 night room...Paying $50 for parking and another $50 for a late ck out. No breakfast OR COFFEE included Drinks were outrageous! Shower looks nice but sprays all over the tile & you have to wipe it up in order to dry your hair.
