Little bit outdated. Shower was clean but not in good condition inside some tears or broken tile did not look good. But we had another one in the room so not a big problem. Elevator was broken once and employee just riding back and force trying to kill the time.

It is really great resort. You can play sport games like basketball, tennis mini golf etc. Kids area and grills working and clean. 2 pools are very great! We were upgraded from 1 bedroom to 2 bedrooms it was nice touch.

Nothing I thought it was perfect over the past three years I've stayed at various hotels and resorts in the area and this place was 10/10 place to stay. Definitely will be staying again.

Family Friendly environment, plenty of things to do on the property. Beautiful quite location for such a busy area.

Beautiful property. So clean and immaculately kept gardens, paths, pool areas and playgrounds. The grills and many picnic areas were fantastic. The minigolf was fun, and well maintained. Pools were never busy, in fact the whole resort felt quiet and relaxed. Rooms very homely and beds comfortable. Staff polite and ready to help with anything. Great price for such an amazing place. Location couldn't be better for Orlando attractions: 10-15 mins max to everything!

Decor was a little dated and could do with a touch up in the room. Inner door from bedroom to sitting room was very squeaky and stuck to door frame.

Great location, staff and amenities. Nice room which overlooked the lake and was great for my wife and I.

We didn’t have to leave the property. Everything we needed was there. My family loved the pool, the mini golf and the playgrounds. I’ll definitely be back!

Loved that there were so many different things for the family to do....tennis, basketball, giant checkers, multiple pools, volleyball, putt putt, & more. Kids had a blast.

The second jacuzzi past building 8 never got very hot

Staff was friendly and great; very accommodating. If we needed things like more towels, they were very fast to respond. I had checked out and accidentally left my keys in the room. They went above and beyond; were so kind to retrieve them for me. Facilities were very clean. Loved the free coffee and tea downstairs.

Our stay was excellent! The staff, facilities, location, everything was excellent. You can text them and ask anything, and they respond right away. It's very safe, your room key only works for the floor you are staying on. The washers and dryers were clean and worked very well. The bed was so comfortable. I just wish I had booked a room with a balcony.

Staff was very attentive. The grounds are kept very clean and there's a ton of things to do : pools, putt-putt, sports court, beach, hammocks. Really a great stay both to relax and to have a homebase to go to Disney (MK is 10 mins away)

Nice and clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Great with tumble dryer and dishwasher. Interesting with bathtub in one of the bedrooms ,) Nice location, great pool and good parking. Staff was very helpful!

I wish we had a porch that over looked the lake side. Ours over looked the parking lot but it was nice to have a screened in porch. One night a car alarm kept going off for over an hour (From like 10:45pm-12am). It was right outside our bedroom. I wish security would have called the room that had the vehicle and asked them to fix the issue. Instead it went until the battery died.

We stayed in Building 8 which I liked because we had a pool right by our building. ( a short walk but not bad at all) I loved having a screened in porch to sit and eat breakfast every morning. The lake was very pretty and my husband and sons loved to go fishing in it.

I wish that the gym space was bigger. It was enough space for only a few people to do the workout. I wish that the mini golf outdoor activity area opened earlier instead of 9am.

We liked the size of the suit. Very spacious and clean. Having the full kitchen and laundry machine in the room were excellent. We enjoyed the beachside relaxing area. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We appreciate the pools area were open until 11pm. We were able to use the area after returning back to the hotel late at evening.

I did not like the late check in. Took too long to get our room. Plus the concierge desk lied to us about being promotions that we did not receive. Also, there is no restaurant or bar.
