Very clean, very comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen cooking and eating equipment, amazing staff.

No major complaints but here are some little things that could be improved: pillows not comfortable, only enough coffee for one day, slippery bathtub for showering including clogged drain, screened porch overlooking parking lot and black mold on table, no throw pilows in the living room, very noisy airhandler, tiny TV screen in one of the bedrooms, timeshare pitch at checkin when you just want to get to your room, no late check-out.

Our stay was short, we were not at the property very much but the amenities very nice including various sports stuff. We sat by the lake one afternoon, that was pleasant. Parking was easy, the staff was nice, good recycling.

The location is fabulous. Easy to reach Disney, Universal, Sea World in no more than 15 minutes. The condo was spacious and well equipped. Grounds and pools were well maintained.

The king bed in king bedroom was fine. But, the two twin beds were not comfortable. They could stand to be replaced. 😊

Such a beautiful place and very clean!! This was our second stay here! Hope to be back again. So close to all parks and lots of restaurants. 😊

I would have liked safety bars in the toilet room, the toilets sit so low, it was very difficult to get up. The shower floor was very slippery and safety bars would have been helpful.

Our stay was great. Condo was beautiful, the building was beautiful, and the grounds were exceptional! The pool and whirlpool were clean and well kept. The front desk was very accommodating.

Property was large, close to where we needed to go. Everything you needed in the kitchen. Nice showers, comfy big beds. Looked over the lake, quite area. Great to have private parking with no extra cost.

I was able to talk to front desk employees via text and they reply right away, that was a first and it was very convenient. Very spacious 2 bedroom villa and had a pull out couch. No issues what so ever with my stay here.

There was a miscommunication I guess and they never received my booking through this site. But the front desk was great and was able to redo the reservation and accommodated us right away.

The property was big and beautiful with a lot of things to do. They had basketball and volley ball courts, mini golf, two pools. The rooms were big and super comfortable.

I loved everything about the property. it was well maintained. Gave a private island type feel. loved the hammocks that were situated throughout the resorts as well as the seating areas near the lake beach. The pools had the perfect temperature.

The 3 bedroom timeshare condo was spacious and comfortable with good furniture in all the living and sleeping areas. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. All appliances are in the unit, including dishwasher, stove, and laundry machines. Pool area was clean and nice. The property was just recently merged into the Hilton Vacations family, so it was up to the national chain's standards.

 my family was stuck in the elevator for more than 40 minutes. Front office staff was not prepared or aware of how to effectively handle the situation. We called 911 for assistance along with speaking to site security.
