No closet, makeup mirror and fan in bathroom would be nice. TV remote was a little hard to figure out.

Room was large and clean. Beds were comfortable. Closest we've ever stayed to Disneyland, 5 minute walk. Close to restaurants and drug stores. We will stay here again, we prefer it to the other ones we've stayed at in the area.

I didn't like no windows (only 1). Felt stuffy in the room. The only good view was from the rooftop restaurant. I didn't like the no breakfast but for the price, I bought my own. However, over all my stay was pleasant & I would definitely go back!

I liked the location! Loved the location actually. Literally 5 min walk to the entrance of Disney & California Adventure. Liked the price for sure. Also the restaurant on the roof was cool as well. Staff was really friendly & the place was exceptionally clean.

Confusion with original key cards not working We were given the wrong room number, both verbally & written. We finally got that straightened out. The next night the key cards stopped working, so we had to go all the way back to the front desk to get new cards - again!

Convenient location. Comfortable beds & bedding. Two sinks. Fridge, microwave, & coffee maker.

It messed up our booking. We kept getting messages that our payment wasn’t going through and then we got overcharged, so it had us a bit upset but the lady of the hotel told us she will fix everything and we should expect our refund. So we are glad that the lady was nice about it.

The rooms are no better than the local value motels at ALL. There is no free breakfast. The door to the bathroom swings open and hits anybody who may be in the sink area. The shower faucet heads are very old. The pillows are not very plush. The coffee maker is gross and has not been cleaned. The refrigerator does not have an adjustable temperature. There is no freezer in the refrigerator. The hot tub and pool are all outside which was inconvenient because it was below average temperature when we stayed in May. There is nothing special about the pool area either. We will be looking for other hotels and the area to price shop next time. There is literally nothing great about this hotel except for the location.

The location is the only thing that sells this property. You are literally a five minute short walk to the Disney property They don’t clean your room every day, but they will empty your garbage and bring you fresh towels. You can pick up a free snack bag by the pool area, but it seems like only during weekdays there is a string cheese, a piece of fruit, a granola bar and a water inside. I ordered grocery delivery from the local Amazon Fresh and it was delivered to the front lobby.

Our room had a vanity that was blocked by a wall, it wasn’t ideal for multiple people using the area.

The shower didn't really work properly. It had lots of leaks meaning the pressure was poor. Also note you don't automatically get your room made up, so you have to ask for that.

The location to Disneyland is perfect. Really easy to drop back to the room during the day, so it's great for anyone but especially families needing a quick break.

Have stayed before, this room had a little sewer smell in sinks and shower when first run but cleared up as soon as hot water was run, unfortunately coffee pot didn’t work either

Very close to the park entry, clean room seems updated more than most, good pool for kids, Keurig coffee pot for easy use, Dennys and IHOP as you walk to hotel.

I was disappointed that they didn’t even offer a bagged breakfast, which was listed in the description of the hotel. We could also hear doors shutting in our room with the fan and white noise on.

The location is amazing- right across the street from DL. The room was a good size and clean.

The door was slightly misaligned and couldn’t close properly. The gap underneath the door allows tiny insects to come into the room. Soundproof was subpar. Soap bar was provided instead of shower gel.

5min walk across the street to Disneyland Resort. Plenty of food choices nearby that opens till late. Walgreens and CVS, convenience stores are 2 blocks away. View fireworks from the corridor outsixe my room.

No grocery stores within walking distance. Walgreens selection very limited. Staff seemed to be used an usually amount of water to clean the pool area .. an hour or hosing doe the deck! Is water too precious to waste on concrete!?

Easily accessible by public transit from Amtrak station. So close to the gates of the Park! Nice pool

We were not able to get into rooms til 4pm and then had to wait for roll away beds when they had been actually requested. It stated the roll always were in the room.
