We loved EVERYTHING!! You MUST visit!!

The photos you see online are real! It is gorgeous and the staff is amazing. We loved Jeannie at the main building she was such a sweetheart and so was the manager. They upgraded us to a Jr King Suite and OMG it was perfect! Very spacious and there is so much to do in the resort that you do not have to leave. We sat by the fire pit at Buckys and we fished on the pier. They provide you with a bamboo pole with hook and bait for you to fish. Best vacation EVER!!

Would have liked a microwave in the room to reheat coffee but that was ok.

It was beautiful and well kept. The room was spacious and clean. We didn’t have a water view but we liked the price for what we had, and enjoyed the hammocks and swings around the property.

The room configuration we requested was unavailable and we accepted a lesser value. Overall we enjoyed our stay and already have made plans to return.

The dinner service was excellent. Our waiter went beyond our expectations The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have experienced and we travel extensively.

The coffee is terrible and I did get food poisoning from the food service at our meeting. Other than that, it was perfect.

Staff was wonderful. The clerk who checked us o , upgraded us to a Bayfront room and gge staff gave us a card wishing us a happy anniversary. It was just su h a pleasant atmosphere.

The recreational staff at beach hut . Several were mouthing off to each other while guest were signing bicycle waivers- unwilling to help each other pull bikes , etc . Unfortunately some guest started to bicker back - that staff needs team building : job duties specified .

Valet parking lost my car air a period of time.....had parked in employee parking because of heavy volume and forgot where it was. Found after about 45 minute wait.

The cabinet containing the keurig smelled. I would have appreciated ceramic mugs for inroom coffee. If you can supple glasses for water why not coffee mugs? The table in front of the sofa was severely buckled on top. I thought the mattress was too soft but my husband thought it was fine. Just so you know on the Sleepnumber scale my number is 95 to 100 but my husband's is 65. Being a short person I also appreciated the height of the shower head- I didn't get my hair soaked just stepping in the shower. I also liked the sink but the mirror should have been raised so it didn't interfere with the handle. I also liked having staff members home towns on their name tags. We had a nice conversation with our lunch server from Danville, Ill because I was familiar with the town and knew about Monica's Pizza. Oh,and I liked the different water in the lobby that was changed daily. I would also like to say that Madeleine who checked us in was very nice. Majoring in the hospitality industry is a good fit for her.

The friendliness of staff and other guests. The workout room was the best I have ever seen at a hotel with every machine in order except the two Peloton bikes which were recalled. My husband liked the pool having a lane reserved for swimmers. I also loved the yogurt parfaits for breakfast. Your granola is fabulous.

The beds were very comfortable but the pillows were NOT !!! The Lobby "grab N go" ran out of several things we wanted to get.

The grounds were beautiful and I liked all of the available activities for the 6 teenagers that were with us. I enjoyed learning about the history of the Hotel and the Cannon firing and presentation was a wonderful addition !

Highly recommended and worth the splurge. If you just want a chill vacay by the water and some self care (spa), you don’t have to leave the premises as the restaurants inside serve all three meals. Ask for the catch of the day

Not a thing. Susan was very helpful with checking us in. Seeing us off in the booth at gate. Again, Susan was there.
