We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesFridge and microwave didn't work at first. Took 2 phone calls and 4 hours for them to fix. Pool and water park are both permanently closed. Hotel was older and dated inside, not as renovated as other similarly priced hotels in the area. Won't be recommending it to anyone 8n the future

United StatesProbably best to stay on the non highway side of the hotel. The highway side is a bit noisy with trucks and other traffic.
They had coffee in the room but I didn't try it. The room had both a refrigerator and a microwave. They had trolleys you could borrow to move your luggage and there were enough of them. It's in a very convenient location

United StatesThe refridgerator was set at very low temp and my food and juice froze. That was an unpleasant breakfast. There were noisy people next door Saturday night. Their TV was super loud past midnite and one could hear them having sex. Also unpleasant and awkward. The door between the rooms was not very thick. I got back at them at 5am when my alarm went off and I could hear them clearly moaning about it;) Lastly, the right turn is easy to miss and if you do you have to go a long way to come back. For me, over 6 miles.
There was no breakfast. I had thought that there would be. There was a starbucks open at 7am, but one had to pay for that. Shower was fine, bed was fine. Only one chair, but only room for one. Most people were quiet by midnight.

United StatesThe room was decently updated but the bathroom looked a little tired. It was in fact clean and appointed properly for pricing. The lighting could have been a bit more convenient and varied.
I like that the staff was willing to work with me as I was not feeling well. They were quite accommodating and allowed me to stay a bit longer than the normal checkout time. Although I did leave a pair of boots which I'm praying I can reclaim tomorrow. I only checked out today.

United StatesThe location is tough unless you have a car. Not an extremely walkable area. On the other hand, there is a restaurant and Walmart right across the street if you can get there.
Wow! The lobby is beautiful. When you go down to the fitness center there are marble floors. There is a bar that is open during the evenings. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

United StatesI do wish there was a larger lounge area- again, based on the size of the event, people were on top of one another with no place to go... May not have been the best location choice for the dance comp. Was difficult to leave to get food and come back to the hotel with the highway divider and NJ circles.
The parking lot was not great, especially considering the size of the event happening there. I loved that we were able to get a late check out based on what we needed for the day.

United StatesThis was my 2nd stay and not as up to par as my first stay. The coffee shop downstairs was never open and I had to have my first cup from the hotel room coffee maker (yuck when your expecting Starbucks). The bathroom was tight (my first stay had a roomier bathroom). The shower head leaked at the connection and water was spraying into the exhaust fan. I informed staff but did not see it corrected during my stay. I'm surprised housekeeping didn't notice this-seemed to have been happening for some while. Visitors outside the room during the night were loud and slamming doors (1am-3am).
I love the heating system-quiet and not drying some hotels. The room was at a comfortable temperature when I arrived (usually they are always cold). The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The room itself was a comfortable size excluding the tight bathroom. There were plenty of towels and toiletries

United StatesWhat I did nt like was that I ve been there several time and they have a Starbucks on premise but it s never open. I also did nt like the fact they they did not have a complimentary breakfast. Homewood suites have that and it s pretty amazing.
Rooms were Excelkant very spacious I love the fact that they had a bar and a restaurant that was definitely a plus.

United StatesThe curtains didn't close all the way, people could see in our room. The toilet was leaking out the bottom. When booked it said there would be wood flooring in room and I was hoping for that, but there was carpet instead. The reviews talked about the carpet being dirty but ours wasn't and looked great.
Staff was nice and accommodating. Beds and pillows were really comfortable. I'm a light sleeper and it helped me sleep throughout the night.
