We’re used to having a balcony at the beach and we missed having one. Parking also wasn’t great due to ongoing renovations, would have been good to have let us know about overflow parking at check in.

The staff were all excellent. Any staff members you met in the hallway were always willing to say hello and tell you to have a good day. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There were two outdoor pools which were large and one even had a nice slide for the kids.

I did not like that we couldn't get to the beach at night bc the pool deck was locked.

The water situation in the unit. Took forever to get hot then once it did it would continue to go back and forth from hot to cold while showering. Very irritating!

over all the room was nice but being that the hotel was under construction the parking was not as good, also the laundry room was way to fare from the room I was given so was unable to do my laundry. also the trash cans where located way to fare as well so had to walk a long way from my room to dispose of our trash. over all the hotel staff was kind and the facility was always clean and pleasant.

The double room was great size, however the room I chose had pictured a large bathtub with separate shower… the room I got was no bath in the master and a handicapped shower that had no curtain and the water went EVERYWHERE. Shower head in the middle pointed into the room. Very disappointed

The cleanliness of the ocean front windows, my favorite thing with staying oceanfront is seeing and hearing the water. These room do not have balconies, so without a way of truly enjoying the water from the privacy of the room.

The location was great. The view would be wonderful, and for the most part was, but the condition of the windows oceanfront were very weathered

Toilet base leaked water everywhere and my clothes got soaked with my phone. Manager was rude and I had maintenance knock at 3 am. Terminator game took 3.00 from us they didn't do anything and the laundry card was 5.00 for the card alone and 5.00 to load for it not to work. The pool inside and jacuzzi GREEN! No beach access and staff wad very rude.

We were quite least surprised at the remodel of the rooms, they were spacious and beautiful, and the location of the resort was nice. You get a Publix and many shopping outlets right across the street, and they were almost finished with the beach entrance from the resort so next time we come down, there will be an entrance directly to beach access along with a second pool and a hot tub. All of the staff was exceptionally friendly. My husband and myself were very impressed, thank you for a wonderful resort exceptionally clean and kind.! we were here for Welcome to Rockville. It was may be a 15 minute car ride over with traffic if you’re interested in that ever!

I didn’t like that parking was a bit challenging while they are under construction but it’s under stable. Wasn’t a deal breaker. Also at some point we spilled coffee on the floor and requested room service, they left it sticky on the floor, didn’t use any type of liquid to clean it up so that was a little annoying but not an issue.

I love that the rooms were clean and nicely decorated, the full kitchen and two bathrooms were such a plus. I love that it has a laundry room, arcade, hot tub and an outdoor pool that faced the ocean. It was beautiful!
