The fact that I didn’t stay here longer :((((

Cozy, well-managed, nice people, and very close to local entertainment. It was the best you could ask for!

My kids and I loved the cookies upon arrival and the warm, delicious breakfast. We toured the IU campus and found the location was perfectly located and felt so cozy and comfortable.

I prefer updated rooms so I loved Hoosier house!

I loved McKenzie, she was such a pleasure to meet and was so accommodating. I stayed in the Hoosier House which is one of the yellow houses that has the address of 315. I stayed in room 67 and I absolutely loved it. I highly recommend that specific room. It was updated and very clean. The breakfast in the morning was very quaint and delicious. Thank you so much for a wonderful room and stay.

Had trouble using TV remote, maybe because TV was so high?

Very pleased with choice of Grant St. Inn. I've stayed in many fine B&Bs. GSI was every bit as good, pluHads very easy location for visiting granddaughter at IU.

while room size and bed comfort was great, I didn’t like the hand wash being in the room. carpet is dated too

Quaint inn very close to the campus staff is really good- especially David.

    No complaints!

We were walking distance to the Bluebird, where we attended a concert. The desk clerk was kind enough to upgrade us to a first-floor room. This place was so quaint & the staff were super friendly.

In our room, the television was mounted on a very high shelf, which made it almost impossible to watch.

This is a charming little hotel, comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located to the university and attractions of Bloomington. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The room smelled a little musty and there wasn't a list of recommended restaurants.

The breakfast was EXCELLENT, and an added treat was the coffee & tea service and complimentary cookies. Also, my cottage was quiet, allowing a good night of rest following long travels, and I was thankful to have a refrigerator to store my Michigan fruit and beverages. Nice to also have a front porch with rocking chairs....
