Floor and carpet desperately need cleaned! I know they are in the process of refurbishing the entire property, so maybe that will be next on the hit list. I would stay there again though, not a deal breaker!

In 1st 8 rooms there is Windows above doors.... light right outside of rooms...shines in bright all night....

It was the middle of week, so very quite at this time. Indoor pool loked nice, didn't partake. All roms basically ground level, step up. Loved for our dog! And yes pet friendly..$15x whoopty... clean beds.

Sheets had blood stains, blankets had some small holes, bed was too soft,bath tub was small, indoor pool was ice cold. Outlet at end of bed did not work Did not stay night because bed was too soft for me. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Rm was clean. Indoor pool, easy access into rm, easy access to town.

Was one of the few motels available at this time because of Holland Tulip Festival. Convenient location for us. Older motel, but had inexpensive vending machines and a laundry. I had stayed here 7 years ago. It had everything we needed for a one night stay on a bicycle trip.

the facilities, like the pool was closed, and I was excited for it when It was pretty warm out. the bathtub was a little dirty, and I would’ve liked it if there were some plastic ware along with the coffee.

It was decent, AC worked, and had a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave available. Beds and sheets were decently comfortable too.

Well, the door in the bathroom was something to be desired. It was cracked in multiple places. Weird really.

Pillows & beds were comfortable. Air conditioner a little noisy. Overall area was quiet. Centrally located.

The Wifi was below average and the breakfast was just coffee and toast.

The room was spacious and very clean, the bed provided an excellent nights sleep and the shower had good water pressure and temperature. The swimming pool was a welcome treat after a hard days ride.

The hotel was very clean and everything was in working order. The staff was exceptional. This is a great value for the location (proximity to downtown South Haven) and the time of year (peak summer season)

I appreciated the efforts to update the suite. I assume the kitchen cook tops will be replaced in the future

This is a great place for a good price! My window looked out on a lovely lawn and mature tree. My suite was very clean, with new bathroom facilities. The bed was comfy and easy to fall asleep in. The staff was helpful and approachable.

The toilet seat was not tightened down and slid around and wobbled when you sat on it. Plus, the WHOLE toilet wobbled and leaned and moved around as well, when you moved. It was very unsettling and uncomfortable in an already TINY bathroom, with no room at all to maneuver your body on a wiggly toilet with the sink literally RIGHT next to you, touching your body while you're using the toilet. Part of the carpet was coming up near the doorway and kept poking our feet with sharp objects (nails, tacks) they use to keep carpet down. The floors in the room left our feet completely black on the bottom when you walk on them without shoes because they were very dirty, although looked clean at first sight. Also, VERY stingy with towels and toilet paper. No towels at the pool. You must use your room towels, AND go to the office to turn in dirty towels in order to request clean ones. They refused to just bring us extra towels for the pool and acted like we wanted to steal them. We went and got our own toilet paper at the store because they questioned us too much when we asked for another roll. (Especially after the towels incident) No Continental Breakfast, or even a vending machine for snacks. Just a Coke Machine with no bottled water or anything else. Satellite TV was small, and kept losing it's signal. After ALL these inconveniences and minor issues, I asked for a one hour late check out. (Noon, rather than 11:00, on a Monday)..... They refused.

The price was affordable. Location is convenient and close to the beach. Room was VERY small, especially the bathroom, but was kind of cute and clean, and had decent mini fridge & microwave. Pool was clean and nice. Wi-Fi.
