The name was one thing when we booked but different when we pulled up. The room smelled like a bit of oldness and needed an updated although the room was clean and the bed was super comfy for a good night's rest. Overall, it was just bare minimal ok for my circumstances.

Convenient and accessible to the airport and things around the local area.

The reception hall wasn't relaxing, there was a line out the door because they were cash only, which wasn't mentioned in advance and I didn't hear either representative suggest booking online. Thankfully, we booked online and we're able to provide the cash only deposit. There was about 10+ minutes of some couple arguing loudly, possible drug deals in the parking lot, kids smoking pot in a large hangout group... It was a colorful experience and we made sure to stay to ourselves.

Staff were nice enough. They didn't go out of their way, but they weren't rude. It was relatively busy at the time. The rooms weren't fancy, but neither was the price. You get what you pay for but it was both spring break and the weekend of the strawberry festival, so rooms were booking quickly.

No way to call the front desk. No ice machine. Hotel under renovation with work being done in hallways. Due to renovation, the name of hotel at booking time did not match signage, no notice of this. Room door was broken, needed to be slammed to open and closed. Floors in room were sticky. Stain on bedsheet. Not enough towels in bathroom for two guests. Not enough shampoo/soap for two guests. There was a hair (clearly not ours) in the blanket. Dangerous door stop in middle of bathroom floor. Night table lamp bases were dirty and clearly not ever cleaned. Only accepted cash as deposit and had to wait to have housekeeping check room to get deposit back. Check out staff was cold and unfriendly.

The check in staff was very friendly. Parking was close to the room.

The lobby look so sad, the bulletin board was full of trash, the painting was going away, the room floor was not clean (it was sticky).

I like the room space, the service provided by the person at the lobby, distance from car, airport, gas stations, etc.

There was no breakfast although it was mentioned on booking.com that it includes and no wifi service was working but at the time of booking it was mentioned as "free wifi". there was a 50 USD security deposit which is refundable but has not been received yet.

The outside of the hotel looks like a prison. It's so run down. I thought maybe the inside would be better, but nope. The front desk area is basically in an empty walkway with no decor and a front desk with plexiglass. I have a feeling it's not there because of COVID. Then I thought maybe the room would be redeeming. But that looked just as run down as the rest. A picture was hanging in front of an electrical box in an attempt to cover it. The bed was uncomfortable, and the shower didn't have hot water. I'm glad I only stayed for two nights and was barely at the hotel during my stay. I honestly did not feel safe staying there, as I was alone. It was a cheap hotel but honestly I still feel like I paid too much for what I got.

The staff was fairly nice. I didn't interact with them much other than to check in and check out. They did their job and were friendly enough. The only thing I liked about the hotel itself was the convenience of the location. It's right down the street from Target and there are plenty of food options nearby.
