The only issue I had was that with no outside drinks allowed, I noticed drinking water in the pool areas is quite expensive and I actually saw kids and adults dehydrated to unsafe levels. Water should be free for guest.

They don't clean the rooms I was expecting at least they change the garbage bag but they didn't I have to do it and ask for new garbage bag and they didn't tell me anything about it when I arrived. I don't mind to do it but I suggest they should leave the garbage bags and new towels inside the room

peeling paint and wallpaper, stained carpet and tables, some staff were indifferent, hard to understand or lacked enthusiasm…. I get it, it’s hard to find help at all but housekeeping and the dining were ok, whereas the lifeguards, shop attendants and reception were fantastic. the arcade employees are either rude and taught to steal/ zero out credits remaining on a child’s game card or need to be fired.

The price was not as stated on booking.com. I was given 1032.61. I get there and it’s like 1167 and something. They got it down to 1043 and some change and told me there was a miscommunication with the lodge and booking.com on fees. While that was better, still not the original price which I had email confirmation of. We slept here for four nights and used the waterpark two of the four days. I felt it was very expensive.

We did the precheck-in online we got there half hour head of schedule, and our room just became available was able get to our room early. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Water park was fun with kids and not overly crowded, and lifeguards seemed professional. Lot of other nearby attractions and nice restaurants. For the price and experience I highly recommend and will definitely go back.

The facility seemed a bit dated and run down-- dinged walls, older fixtures, etc. We were most disappointed that the water park closed so early. The reason we booked was to spend time at the water park, but we would have stayed somewhere else had we known the parked closed at 8pm, about 15 minutes after we were able to check in. Was pretty disappointed to pay so much and get to enjoy so little. Seemed like the whole place was shut down by 9pm on a Friday night.

Our loft was so hot we couldn't sleep up there first nite we called maintenance twice that nite no one came finally got someone next day they put fan in to help it was a little better kinda upsetting that my grandkids need to sleep on floor downstairs after paying so much for our room
