Bed is comfortable and transportation to airport is free. Staff are friendly and got us an extra blanket. Coffee in room.

Lobby and hallways had a smell. It might relate to the older carpet in these areas. Sheets in the room were dingy.

The location of the hotel was very sketchy, and we were afraid to let our kids go anywhere without someone with them. All 16 or older, by the way. Because there are a lot of homeless people around. And people who looked like they were up to no good.

The room needs some freshen up, a bit outdated and the Aircon is a bit loud. If you walk to the fast food places you might find some suspicious people laying around or acting strange, be careful. Had some issues with the deposit refund, since I had payed through booking.com somehow it had been charged back to booking and not to my original credit card, but with some patience the great costumer service was able to find the issue

It's perfect for a layover flight, it's close to the airport and has a few fast food places just 5 min walk away. The staff is friendly. Clean rooms. The free airport taxi, both from and to the airport, is a great service, you just give them a call and they will send you a voucher (IT'S IMPORTANT TO HAVE A US PHONE NUMBER, since it's through SMS). The room was a little dirty, coffee maker had dust in the part where you fill with water and the A C was also very dusty and needs the filter changed out. And there was a issue with the remote to the TV

The breakfast was good. The halls needed vacuuming but the room was clean enough. Instead of a shuttle, the hotel pays for a taxi. We had to wait a while at the airport until a taxi from the only company they use was free. In the morning, we needed to go to the car rental area and our taxi was there waiting at the designated time and took us right there.

Beds remind me of Murphy beds - the kind that are lumpy and because you feel like it folded down from the wall. Not very comfortable.

Never got the TV to work, we select the channel and it wouldn't show, web was very, very slow. We had 2 tv in the room but neither one worked. that is usually the main the we like watching TV together, the hotel in fact I rented 2 rooms

The company just took on the hotel which teething problems ie wifi down washing facilities were not working and the swimming pool was out of order. To credit the staff once we highlighted the wifi and washing problem it was sorted out tge next day. Please dont be put off, it will bea great place to stay!

The blanket had a lot of dirty stains & so was the mattress in the pull out couch. The toilet on the outside was dirty with poop & the toilet seat had some dried paint on it.

Floors were dirty. hallways and elevator were really dirty. We had a shuttle to and from the airport but we could not reach anyone to come get us for a return trip to the motel. We had to pay for a taxi to get back to the hotel. Nobody would answer the phone on Tuesday or Wednesday. We call all day both days. No one at the 800 number would help either. Said we had to call the motel directly even when I told them they wouldn’t answer the phone.

The lady at check in was distracted & talking to herself. It was 11:00 pm and we were very tired. No one was in the lobby yet she said we had to take a seat and wait to check in. Twenty minutes later, we mandated that she check us in!!!

The broken items and the inability to take a walk in the evening. Part of this was due to location nearness to the freeway.

The staff were great. The hotel was very close to the airport. Due to weather conditions were were grounded until the next day. I went online, and this was the first hotel to show up, and it was reasonably priced. However, we had to call staff to fix the TV, and the coffee pot in the room didn't work. Some of the other clientele were unique: a woman who approached everyone telling them she could tell by your looks your ancestry and a man hollering down the hall and slamming doors. I had originally requested a late check out. We quickly canceled that and walked the Phoenix Airport for five hours instead. Also, the Uber driver suggested we not walk around outside at night. So, after taking the Uber out for dinner, we hunkered down in the hotel. It was a great quick fix for an unavoidable situation, but not one I would choose for a long-term stay.

TV was not aligned either with the bed or the sofa Took multiple calls to the hotel to request the shuttle, which turned out to be a cab. Cab was fine but repeated calls going unanswered was unnerving.
