,Cheap hotel five minutes to/from Sky Harbor. Everything worked the way it is supposed to. The breakfast is only carbs, nothing else, but that's how they're all doing breakfast. Biscuits & gravy were pretty decent. No lumps in the gravy so it was just fine. For the price of the room, I could not complain. Staff super friendly.

Breakfast ended too early. As we went for breakfast 30 minutes before the announced ending time, there were few to left for breakfast and the staff didn’t add.

Breakfast was biscuit & gravy everyday, boring. Pool broken down, no swimming allowed. For the whole week holiday.

Breakfast included, swimming pool and hot tub and fireplace table.

They have washing machines and dryers to be used by hotel guests, but could neither sell me detergent nor change into quarters, so I relied on the goodwill of the surrounding shops to change the money.

Spotless clean room and facilities. The breakfast is okay. The staff was always very friendly.

The breakfast was not as good as it should have been. The front desk said they were expecting delivery of food the afternoon I left. No hot food except make your own waffles. I was wanting yogurt but all out. The bath towels were scratchy. They should upgrade those.

It was a very convenient place to stay near the airport and close to interstate.

I did not care for the front gal who answered the phone. We arrived a little early, I called to see if we could check in 40 minutes early. I was told "no" rooms are ready at 3. The hotel was more that half empty that evening according to parking. Also getting out of the parking lot with the horrific construction. Went to exit a back route and not a good idea with Monday rush hour.

The room was clean, quiet and cool. The breakfast on the weekend was great, not so great on Monday. Not a full breakfast.

Can’t say no to an upgrade which was a suite with a separate living area. Breakfast was simple but the location is pleasant enough, bright airy and spacious. 11 mins drive from airport car rental return- the reason I chose the hotel

There was an attendant at the front desk my second morning there who was surly and rude. She was sarcastic when I asked about the elevator not working, which I thought inappropriate.

The front desk attendant was helpful, arranging to put me close to an elevator since I had several pieces of luggage. She also arranged a shuttle to the airport.

Hot breakfast offerings were waffles and biscuits/sausage gravy. No hot eggs. Hardboiled only. Entry and lobby area not really appealing.

Taxi pick-up immediately at airport was free. Gal at check-in was a real sweetheart. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. I usually don't do the buffet breakfasts, but had a need to stay late and was pleasantly surprised, especially if you had children. Lots of small containers; unsweetened applesauce, yogurt, cottage cheese, guacamole, pudding, etc. Along with the usual.
