First room had dirt and hair on the bed, coffee stains in the bathroom sink counter, and garbage on the floor. Second room had garbage on the floor and the toilet bowl ran off and on throughout the night. Also, the shower head is too low (I'm 6'2).

Friendly and accommodating staff, good innternets, comfy bed, great shower pressure, dimmable bedside lamps, old school furniture, and a 24 HOUR POOL (who does that?).

The hotel room looked nothing like the pictures. For average height people everything in the room was child sized, the bath tub had no traction and was extremely slippery with just water. The beds where extremely hard and the blankets where very light weight. The TV picture was fuzzy and the walls so thin you could hear everything

Why are hotel pools always colder than should be. Especially when you can obviously see the whole place was completely sold out. KEEP YOUR POOL WARM PLEASE!! It does matter when you have kids. Makes a huge difference when deciding to book again.

Friendly housekeeping and the people in the front desk were extremely helpful. The pool is open all night which makes it nice.

Indoor pool. Remote rooms that were very comfortable and clean. Really good bed. Parking at the room door and a good restaurant, Tangerine Dream across the parking lot.

Room was not as advertised. We were bumped from our reserved king room, for another room which was not on par with our reservation. We asked the staff about the difference and they were very rude and condescending. We paid $150 a night with our reservation, but the room we stayed in was advertised for $100.

When we had do not disturb sign up cleaners still came in. The toilet over flowed randomly in the night no one was available to come help/ clean up. The bed was so uncomfortable!

First off key card wouldn't work go back to desk. Given second key card go back to room unlock door open it up and someone had obviously been in there very recently. Beds were all unmade pillows thrown about the room. Something covering smoke detectors. Old food packages laying around. Was given another room after I said I did not want to wait for them to try to go clean it. Took cleaning department several hours the next morning to clean. The room they gave us was not too bad but I could see a lot of hair of some kind dog perhaps underneath the sink. Would not stay there again.

I had problems with the key cards not working, and had to walk back up to the office several times. I could only get one station on the TV but I got engrossed in the crime story.

The bed was made with fine linens and was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and patient with me. The jets in the hot tub were strong and felt great after a day of driving. I went to the Tangerine Restaurant next door because the inn gave me a 15% discount. Their coffee and breakfast was ecellent! The room was quiet and I slept like a log. The inn is really beautiful inside, and offered many special features. Ideal for business travelers who need a good night's sleep! Not far from the highway.

Very outdated facility. Broken washing machine. The main light switch for the room doubled as a breaker switch for one half of the room. Light on the tv and microwave worked. Light off , everything else off.

I didn’t find an ice machine anywhere. Pillows didn’t have clean smell.

Very smooth check in. I liked having my car right in front of my room, ground floor, easy to unload and load up again.
