The staff is amazing! So friendly and helpful. We were in town for my daughter’s soccer tournament, and the front desk staff asked about her games every time we returned. My father is in a wheelchair, and the front desk staff escorted him to his room upon arrival to make sure he had enough space to get around in the room. It is incredibly clean and very cozy. We felt like we were staying in a friend’s guest room instead of a hotel. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Kalispell!

There was a basic kitchen, but no cutlery or pottery available. Luckily we had our own stuff with us. The breakfast had rather limited choice. Rather pricy, like most hotels this time of year in NW USA.

Friendly reception by Xavier, who explained in detail how to get to Glacier NP. All amenities listed when booked were available. Besides breakfast there was also a light dinner included. Free parking, and it was only a 15 minute walk to the city commercial centre. The room was huge 34m2!

"Kitchenette" was basic. No utensils or plates. Refrigerator but no freezer. Only one days worth of coffee in room ( more brewed coffee available in lobby). Location next to mobile home park. Provided breakfast and evening "light" meal was very basic.

Traveled for work and facility was close to worksite. Staff we're friendly. Enjoyed the small amount of extra space in the room.

Different than advertised, WiFi was NOT available for everyone. Apparently, it is well known that foreign visitors can not successfully connect most of the time.

The warm western decor was nice with a personal touch - really nice atmosphere. Laundry room, pool room, and breakfast service were all pleasant surprises. I stayed here before and chose to do so this time as well, and will do for future visits as well!

Would have liked toast, yogurt, pastry, or fruit at bkfst. Lighting in room was awkward with only one lamp by beds. Consider wall mount lamps? Room temp good but in room A/C unit a little loud. View from room to back of bldg not appealing.

Fast check in, Very clean common area and room. Shower had great water pressure and size overall of room and bathroom was good. Daughter said most comfortable mattress of our 10-day trip. Appreciate the sausage and eggs for bkfst

It was hard to find behind the trailer park. Maybe more signage stating to go through the park to find the hotel.

The breakfast was hot and lots to choose from. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The towels were super soft. The hotel looked like it should be in the woods some where.

The entire staff was excellent and genuinely friendly. This was due to the Manager, Tyler. Whole staff was centered on taking great care of guests. King Suite is large and comfortable. Very clean. Good bed and linens.. Excellent breakfast and " Lite Dinner " served every night at 5 ( complimentary)

The entrance to the hotel is a bit disconcerting because you have to go through a series of small houses. But only that, which at first seemed strange to us

Comfortable and quiet hotel with very spacious and fully equipped rooms. Excellent option if you are coming or going from Glacier. The person at the reception, Javier, was very attentive and friendly, and for us a great joy because he spoke Spanish.

It was very difficult to find! There was only one night stand with lamp for two queen beds and it was by the one bed. No Kleenex in the room.
