There was no breakfast as advertised, just packaged muffins and coffee (no decaf). Building and rooms are in major disrepair (stained carpeting, damaged walls, mold in showers, etc.). There was no hand soap or bath soap in the rooms. No staff could find any in the entire hotel.

The location was good, the beds are very comfortable and the staff are friendly.

This Inn was perfect for what we were looking for! Close proximity to Mystic and Foxwoods and the deluxe king suite was HUGE! We’ll definitely be staying at this location again!

Clogged sink. The first room we were assigned was not made up. There was blood on the sheets so we went back to the desk and were reassigned another room. When we packed up to check out we saw a roach crawling down the wall and under the bed. The trim around each doorway on the second floor should have been painted not white washed. It looked unfinished.

The place smelled like cigarettes even after saying no smoking. My room smelled awful to the point it took two days to make my hair smell normal again after sleeping in the bed. The pictures on website look nicer than in person.

Well, grab n go breakfasts are so not needed anymore. Those pastries are terrible, the yogurt isn't yogurt if you read the ingredients (chemical cocktails aren't doing anyone any good).Get back to real breakfast!! We all know now that this whole year and a half has been a lie (unless New England hasn't gotten the memo yet). Either way, nobody wants chemical laden frankenfoods for breakfast.

Everything else was great! The staff was super helpful and very friendly, the rooms were very clean, the beds were absolutely awesome and there was a steady flow of coffee in the lobby in the morning with no wait once a pot was emptied. And for a reasonable price!!

Some minor things. Downstairs restrooms were not working. No elevator however the stairs were not too many. In the front entranceway,some of the sidewalk and tiles needed work. You can also tell the building is outdated. .

Rooms were clean and spacious. Reasonably priced. We stayed in a king suite. Staff was super friendly! I would recommend this for any stay!

we asked for service twice to our room and neither time did we receive it. not even trash emptied. no clean towels or facecloths in 3 days. fights outside the building by our room. horrible hotel condtions

when I first arrived with my girlfriend and friend , my friend was not staying in the room, we were immediately judged by the woman checking us in. she consistently reminded us that there was only 1 king bed after I told her it would just be my girlfriend and I staying in the room, we are a lesbian couple. The room was extremely dirty the bathroom had hair in it and the tub was dirty. the coffee maker had water in it, the sheets and comforter were dirty along with the pillow cases. there was trash under the bed I’m assuming from whoever stayed in the room prior to our stay. The door to the room had a gap on it so we could hear everything in the hall. we came back to the hotel late that night about 2am and we could just walk in. there was no lock on the front door which is very unsafe considering anyone could walk in. the door in the room did not have a latch lock so I felt extremely unsafe. it was overall a terrible stay.

The curtains had a large patch of white mold on them. The bedroom and bathroom had not been vacuumed or mopped and the reason we know this is because previous renters left actual things on the floor. There was something that I am hoping was a dog toy and a full packet of Q-tips left in different areas of the room. In plain sight. There was hair all along the floor of the bathroom. The room smelled musty and felt damp.

The two staff members we encountered were very friendly. One even wrote out directions to tell us how to get to the local Dunkin. The $100 price tag was appealing. at least until we arrived.
