I needed a place to sleep on the way to visit with family and this was a good location. It was clean and comfortable and easy to find. What more could I ask?

The WiFi wasn’t really working or wasn’t really reliable during our stay. The property overall is a bit old style and could use a renovation.

The location is nice and handy to several attractions and services. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Coffee, teas and other drinks always available in the reception hall. Good breakfast.

The security camera was not working while we were staying there by the front entrance. My son's vehicle was broken into the last night we stayed and his belongings were stolen. There was no video surveillance to show to the police to catch the perpetrator.

Breakfast was great both mornings that we were there. Magdalena was very polite and helpful during our stay.

Front desk gave us directions to the city civic center nature tral walk. Very pretty.

Nothing that isn't typical in most hotels.

The staff was friendly an apologetic that the elevator was curretly out but said someone was coming to fix it. Which was done shortly after we arrived. My father walks with a cane and she said she would give us a first level room if they had any.

I was is a wheelchair and it needs the handicap button at front door to get into the facility. When I talked with management he said it was in the works.

This is a common finding in every hotel I visit, a lack of a proper chair in the room. There was a desk with a decent desk chair but, I wish hotels would add a reading chair, especially for those with longer stays like myself. Desk chairs are not comfortable for a person while reading a book.

This property checks all the boxes when it comes to location and commercial convenience! Other positives would be the extended hours of pool and gym. Breakfast was a bit lame but the tea and coffee plentiful.

Looks like they are in the middle of construction. Nothing wrong with that. Look forward to their remodels.

Very nice place to stop on the way to Vancouver. Walkable to the nearby restaurants. 24 hour pool which is a very nice feature. Standard continental breakfast. Check in folks were very nice. Rooms were quiet and comfortable.

The only gas station right in front of the hotel was not in use so you had to drive far to find another one. That's the only complaint I really had.

The breakfast was great. It was very quiet. The room was bigger than I thought it'd be. The pool looked very clean. Staff were very friendly. Great location.

The gym. Equipment could be updated. Especially the stationary bike.

Super friendly staff and very clean place. The breakfast is good and well stocked. I like that the pool/hot tub have extended hours for use, but unfortunately haven't had time to enjoy either in my last 2 stays. Hopefully next time.

The cost was pretty high and the staff wasn’t super friendly. They kind of just ignored us and only spoke to us if we talked to them. Not even saying hi.

The bathroom had a brown stain behind the bathroom door on the bottom of the door frame. If it is a stain a little white paint would cover it up. Looked like no one had closed the door to clean behind it.

It was nice and the staff were friendly.

The only downside was how absolutely freezing my room was when I got there! It was only a little warmer than outside which was in the 30s. Everything else was great!

We booked here because it had a hot tub, but Hot tub was not working for our entire stay. Parts of room were dated. The kitchen sink was rusty and plugged. The booking website stated no pets allowed, but when we got there they said pets are allowed, and I had allergies while staying there.

Clean and nice. We liked the pool and breakfast. Room was clean and made up. Staff were friendly and helpful.
