The fact I spent most of my social security check on a room and am homeless then was told I had 10 minutes to leave when the owner knew I was having difficulties. It seemed like there was a lack of empathy towards those who are disabled when it comes to the price of rooms and how we are treated. Also they allow pets and will keep your deposit when a female dog goes into heat. I don't agree with this as I surely could of used that money for another room instead of being on the streets. Also my room was taken out of my name and out into someone else's name who didn't pay anything to be there. I find that to be a breach of privacy and will be looking into this with lawyers. I stayed to myself and was not any trouble to my knowledge. I do believe the hotel owners should me more understanding when it comes to customers who are disabled mentally and have ESA pets and not be so rude.

The ladies that cleaned the rooms were always very sweet and smiled any time eye contact was made. For the most part they understood issues that came up more then the male owner. Maybe he needs an easier job for his stress level

the 100 deposit above and beyond my room charge was a surprise. The shower in the room was "fixed" with orange duck tape. The bathtub was not completely clean... it was stained. Next to a strip club.

Location was not good. Parking lot was noisy. Walls were thin. $100 deposit in addition to room rate was CRAP.

Maintenance of facility was good. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Extra panic security on main doors.

It shared a parking lot with an exotic dancer club. They required a $100 security deposit upon check in which was a shock.

When I first arrived I was told that the person who would give me my reserved room wouldn't be back for 30 minutes. I don't know that I have ever had to wait to get my room at any hotel or motel in all of the time I have traveled. I'm sure there must have been a good reason for the delay. It turned out OK, but I was tired and wanting to get to my room. It was an odd experience for checking into the hotel. When the employee did come back, my check-in was quick and the woman was very cordial. No big deal, just a strange experience for checking-in at the hotel.

The room was clean and well prepared. TV worked well and was easy to operate. Good information from the desk for the location of snacks in the building I was staying in. The snacks were too expensive, but typical for being the only things available at the time of night and for the hotel's location.

The bed felt like I was sleeping on a rock and all you could feel were springs ! I couldn’t sleep at all and had severe back pain the next day! The room floor needed to swept and mopped . Toilet seat was peeling and rusted

All the restaurants are super close . Super friendly staff room had decent tv, microwave and nice size refrigerator

Housekeeping never Clean the room on 3 days and they just change trash bag one time. Never get new towels.

I need to check in early than my other friends and I asked the manager to keep the same room for me. And they managed that well. There are two family restaurant nearby which are very good.
