Great breakfast. Kids loved waffles. In particular, one worker named Maria (I think?) Was especially friendly at the desk and she was constantly at work cleaning and tidying the main area. She deserves recognition for being an exemplary employee!

Door handle opened backwards and I couldn’t get into my room until I went back downstairs to ask if my key card was activated. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a cot or rollaway bed available as advertised online.

I appreciate very much that there was somewhere to stay that I could bring my dog with me! It was warm, clean, and just what we needed.

TV is dated. Other than that, there were no issues or concerns.

Comfy bed, clean room, even the carpets looked clean on this stay. Good TV channel options, decent breakfast. Nice staff.

Awesome staff! We were next to a room with a small dog that was barking non stop and apparently it’s owners left it alone in the room. We asked to be moved and they were super apologetic and found a different room for us. Breakfast was great as well! Great location and cute hotel. It’s getting a bit worn down but still a good value to stay.

Have the refrigerator and microwave with instructions you need to turn on the circuit breaker for them to turn on. I had to ask the front desk why they were not working. I understand the utility savings piece. Just a note in the room would of save me a trip to the front desk.

The motel is easy to find and just off the interstate. The breakfast is good, and I like that you can make your own breakfast sandwich. It doesn't offer as much for breakfast as some other motels, but there's the standard pastries, bread, fruit, and cereal. I messed up and reserved the wrong day. Thankfully they had enough rooms for us, and the night clerk switched my reservation to the correct day.

Because of the large group we couldn't have a ground floor room. Stairs are difficult for my knees.

I liked the hotel and location. Breakfast was OK. There was a big group of bicycle riders that took over the breakfast area, which was disappointing .

We had planned to use the pool and jacuzzi, but the water had a slightly green color and did not look clean.

The location was great. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast variety was nice.

There was an irrigation overflow situation happening on the side yard. Also, the building is beginning to show its age.

Cute little town, very pretty scenery, and close to the Hiawatha bike trail. The staff was very helpful and friendly and even had bike storage to put our e-bikes in overnight.

Our biggest challenge was with breakfast that was included. My better half is gluten intolerant and with the breakfast heavy with toast, muffins, waffles and stale cereal, didn’t allow much of a choice. We were traveling with bikes and do like to bring them in our room. Didn’t allow much area to move around. But understand we are in the minority with these two issues.

Location, was convenient staff were all friendly, rooms were quite nice & well-equipped, area was quiet, pool was open & maintained, & breakfast was great. We hit 9 states in 13 days with 2 grand sons, so 13 motels. They all advertise similarly, but this one was the best value & the only one that exceeded our expectations.
