Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This is not the fault of the hotel, but rather of Booking.com. We showed up and they gave us a single queen bed room and we have a family of 4. They said that there was nothing they could do to help us because we used booking.com snd that it auto populates everything in the computer. Booking.com should have never given us a single queen room for four people. The hotel was full and they had to contact management to help us. After 4 hours of waiting, they finally figured out a solution but all of this could have been avoided if booking.com would have made it right from the start.

United StatesThe microwave and refrigerator were all unplugged and I had to get the front desk person to come and figure out how to get them running. There was only a wall closet that stuck out which I kept bumping into at night as sit stuck out so far, and one wall outlet in the bedroom which was terribly located and cords to my laptop, phone and sleep apnea machine couldn't reach it. The walls were thin and I could hear people in the next room who woke me up when I was finally able to get to sleep. I want there to treat myself to a stress free weekend night and it was anything but relaxing. When I complained on the way out (nicely) they just said sorry to hear that and didn't offer any compensation.
The location and the breakfast and the lobby was very nice.

United StatesRoom was too small for the price paid. Especially compared to the VRBO and condominiums in the same area. Many of the TV stations listed in the service guide were unavailable. The breakfast was skinny, as compared to the advertised expectation. The side doors were not secure, and lock mechanisms appeared broken.

United StatesIt was hard to decipher the wheelchair ramp from the 6" curb as they had only one long yellow line. I fell out of my wheelchair ♿️ twice because of thar . There should be blue stripes to distinguish where the ramp is. It is very dangerous as it is.

United StatesIn spite of the motel not being full, we were put next to a children's birthday party with noise up until 11:00 p.m. The phone did not work to call the desk. The phone number on the phone was for a motel in Idaho Falls, not ours. The beds were the worst. I believe they had been there since 1962. The breakfast had whole, unpeeled oranges for the only fruit and not protein options like an egg. It was very expensive for an old motel.

United StatesThe property is very outdated and had a funky smell in the lobby and the rooms. For the price of the room, I would have expected nicer, more updated accommodations. Plus, there isn't an elevator to the second floor which is a pain when you are hauling heavy luggage.
