Property could have been cleaner in certain areas. Also it’s hard carrying cases up the stairs.

The only thing is the steps were a bummer for my wife and the other thing is the guest book needs replaced so more folks can sign it.

The views, oh my the view of the waterway with the dolphins showing up and playing everyday, wonderful. It’s close to the beach with public access and parking. We had a parking spot each day. Im sure during peak season the spots would go fairly quick so get out on that beach early. The main bedroom is huge with a bathroom to die for. The kitchen was very well equipped, even came with spaghetti noodles and sauce. Overall the condo was wonderful. A short 5 minute ride to Clearwater with to many restaurants to visit them all in a month. Great place.

There is in our opinion nothing bad about that place! We loved it!

This place was absolutely fantastic! The owner's are very sympathetic and always there when we had questions. If you look for a place to have a nice few from the apartment, wanna be really close to the beach, than this is a really good option. They have a high rate and they earn that for sure!! E.g. I'm not a Chat GPT evaluation ;-) this place was a 10/10 for us!

The only issue was no elevator

The condo was great. The only issue we had was it did not have an elevator and my husband is in a wheelchair. It was a lot for him to get up and down stairs. Otherwise it will as beautiful

I can't think of anything worth complaining about. We were happy with it all.

We were pleasantly surprised about a numbering of things with this property. The hosts were fantastic and great at communicating with us. The place felt like a home the minute we arrived. It was spacious and clean. The hosts had thought of everything including beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler....Items that we could not bring on a plane for our vacation. The garage was a great option as we brought our fishing reels and bought some rods once we arrived, so we had a place to store them and park the rental vehicle. The intercoastal waterway is full of wildlife of all types. We saw dolphins, a manatee, ospreys, kingfishers and caught several fish. It's a very short walk to the beach. A lot of very good restaurants near by, but Indian Shores is still very quaint if you enjoy that.

Fake plants not really my taste. Mattresses really could be replaced. Many pans were worn out, nonstick coating chipping or scratched. Little things that would not affect a decision to stay here again like not having extra toilet paper and garbage bags, if we would have known we would have brought our own instead of having to buy them. But I would stay here again in a second.

The location was excellent, it was clean, and the views and facilities were excellent. The hosts answered texts very quickly and were very friendly. Plenty of dishes, towels, linens. Games in the unit were great when it rained. We had a mix of ages in our party and there was plenty of room to spread out all week. Loved the washer and dryer in the unit. Also, many places I have stayed throw things like salt, pepper, syrup away after each person - things like this were left if you chose to use it. Appreciated the extent of beach stuff in the garage.

Really nothing to not like. There was a lot of noise from the neighbor children running back and forth and screaming downstairs which was disappointing. Since one of the questions in this review is regarding the beds I have to say my adult friend stayed in the 2nd bedroom and that bed was hard and uncomfortable for her. The master bed was great.

Beautiful accommodations: a wonderful condo with large comfortable living/dining area. Spectacular views of the intercoastal with large windows. A huge kitchen with everything you might need. Televisions, DVD and ability to stream your own apps. Toys, games, books, computer with some beach toys too. The master bedroom is fabulous it has great views with lots of closet space and a very nice ensuite. I loved it!! Quiet location away from road noise so you could hear the sounds of the night time nature out on the balcony which is accessible from master bedroom and living area. Saw dolphins every day. The pier is a nice place to fish, for birdwatching, hanging out and drinking morning coffee. Loved the pool, it was very clean! The beach is easy to get to with a short walk and is clean and amazing!!!!! The reason I go to Indian Shores is for the ocean! Ice cream and little store next door with a short drive to restaurants (Keegan's and Salt Rock Grill for dining. Caddy's for cocktails) and grocery store. I felt safe inside and outside, nice neighborhood. I was very impressed by the whole place and the owners are very nice and accommodating. I would recommend and hope to return as my favorite place to stay on my trips to Florida.
