The queen bed was on the smaller side than I am used to. Maybe some snacks even to buy or wine would be nice

Location right on the beach/bay. Back view was on the bay, front was the beach. It was perfect. Loved the screened in back patio overlooking the bay. Had everything we needed. The owners/ employees were beyond hospitable. Would stay here again for sure.

Everything worked out very well. Check-in was virtual, so we didn't see any staff -- but they were very communicative via text and we had no issues. A good experience overall.

Perfect location for exploring the area around Casey Key and Venice, Florida. We liked the direct access to the beach and the ability to step out our back door and watch the boats coming and going from the state boat ramp!

The outside looked worn and the inside walls needed some attention - the inside space was small and the outside location crowded - nothing you could walk to for food etc.

The bathroom was recently remodeled, there was a fridge and microwave and dishes. Beach access was across the street

The bed was a little uncomfortable and not being able to bathe or use the toilet in private. The glass wall and door should really be frosted.

The room was very clean and being able to walk to the beach was very nice as well.

It may have been my mistake to not notice that it did not have full kitchen since it's a studio. It had a nice microwave/oven combo but I couldn't figure out how to use it. I think a small airfryer would be a great addition to the kitchenette. I also would have liked a kitchen towel so that I would not have to use a hand towel in the kitchen to dry the dishes after using them. Would love to come back and book a bigger unit with a full kitchen.

Lovely view of the canal/intracoastal right from the room and a small private patio where we could sit and watch as people launched their boats. Small table and chairs on back patio and loungers on lawn was a special treat! We had our coffee outside and sat on loungers in the evening. Very nice!

The bed / the outcove that the bed was in You could barely walk around the bed and the bed was on a flimsy metal frame that rocked and swayed

The location was perfect. We were on the Bayside and the beach was just a quick walk across the street so we really had the best of both worlds. We stayed in the boat house. Perfect little place for 2. it had everything that an  efficiency should. The window surrounding it, allow us to have full view of the water.

We only had a slight issue with an ac but customer service switched our rooms pretty quickly so it was no a big deal. Last thing is I was a hundred percent certain I rented the fisherman getaway the one on the bay and it must have been booked on the website because when we showed up it was definately not that room. We did not say anything because there was no point there was someone already in there.

The place was very layed back. We did very much enjoy our stay.

I loved how close the beach access was to the rooms. Although we didn’t figure that out until the second day we were there. We ended up walking all the way down the street. So maybe it would be nice to let people know where the shuffleboard courts are before hand. Other than that it was fantastic.

There isn’t much life after 9pm in the area everything just kinda shuts down.

Water faucet outside on wall way or near cabana to wash feet from sand

This sounds so minor I don’t even really want to mention it . However if your asking about improvement. I stayed in room 15 and noticed there are no towel holders for your towels after showering . A simple 20 dollar item would have avoided me saying this . Wet bathing suits also usually get placed on a towel holder . Like I said small and minor detail .

Having access to both the beach and the bay side . Also was close to good eating restaurants and activities like fishing , shelling , walking or biking and overall exposure to the area . I even drove down to the Venice pier which was not far and easily accessible from this location . As a local Floridian I will definitely be making this a weekend get away place for my family .

Needed a light {floor lamp} near the couch so one could read. The overhead light bothered the person sleeping in the Studio set up.

the location was awesome. loved all the sitting areas to view the water of the bay and the gulf. staff is very friendly and gets back to you fast.
