Low water pressure in the shower. It took 10 minutes to rinse off the soap and sand. I guess being on the 3rd floor may have been the cause.

The location was good. The room was nice. A great value for what we needed. A clean bed and a shower. We stayed on the beach. Perfect for my wife and I.

the property was clean and close to the beach . We reached out the first day asking for the kitchen light to be fixed and extra blankets. No one came the next day. The team was responsive otherwise . the beach access is really nice and the pool was nice too .

if you are a high maintenance kind of person, I would suggest looking elsewhere. We were there for 7 days and never once saw anyone except other guests. The queen bed in the bedroom was about as comfortable as sleeping on my couch at home.The headboard is not attached to the wall which means that every time you roll over you and everyone else in the unit hear a thud. The appliances in our unit seemed to be from the mid to late 80’s. Some of these listings say this unit is 2 bedrooms, it’s not. In the hallway between the main bedroom and the living space there in an alcove with built in bunk beds. The couch is a pull out bed, also not very comfortable. There is a small closet and very small dresser in the bedroom, but nowhere for kids to put their clothes. Our unit was super clean, the pools were both clean. IMPORTANT: bring your own toilet paper unless you like one ply sandpaper. ALSO IMPORTANT: just because a unit is very close to the beach does not mean that you’ll have a great view from the tiny porch. Miramar Beach/Destin rolls up the sidewalks around 8:00 during the off season except for bars. This leaves nothing to do for families, so pack games unless you want to hang out at Walmart every night.

I felt the decor was dated and the bed covering were thin and did not keep us warm. Also, beach service should be included in the price of every room. We shouldn't be paying some kid on the beach.

We had minors problems like missing 1 towel (luckily I brought some to go to beach and we could use one on the first day!), that was delivered in the second day. Cleanness of the room was a bit disappointing, although it smells good, coffee machine was dirty, fans and windows look like never saw a cleaning cloth before!! Anyway, it was just 2 days, but for longer stay definitively a better place to stay!

The closet door was off track I had to put it back on the sink in bathroom was stopped up i had to unstop it they had dirty diaper behind night table that wasnt cleaned price high for room I payed cleaning fee and had to clean my own room and fix things that should be done before I checked in

no internal door stop/ locking mechanism. unannounced yet probably scheduled roofing job. (waking up to pounding and commotion above...step outside to encounter falling debris)

A little disappointed with cleaning staff. when we arrived the kitchen sink (disposal side) was clogged. it had been backup in the sink-very gross. my husband unclogged it. we had called maintenance but hubby fixed before they arrived, I did ask that maintenance bring some disinfectant when they came to unclog sink, but they did not, we just bought and cleaned ourselves. When we arrived the door code did not work, so had to get in touch with mgmt company-but got it worked out. A more comfy sofa in the living area would be nice — not much seating. we only used the microwave, we did not use stove, dishes, pots and pans or dishwasher - we just prefer to take out own so can’t speak to those things.

The location is wonderful. The bed was very comfy, the AC worked great. convenient parking.

there wasn’t any buggies to carry our stuff around to the back (middle of complex) even less convenient if it was raining.

quiet, away from crowds, my wife liked it better than the high rise condominiums.
