Upkeep was dated and room could have been a bit cleaner. Floor had definitely not been mopped in a while. Bed was uncomfortable, hard and very squeaky due to metal bedframe under mattress.

I liked the cleaningness in the room, the bed very comfortable, also we arrived at around 1am and still the staff was very nice. It also included breakfast which is a plus plus.

Trolly came through consistently and it was loud. You heard the tour guides each time. We were by Magnolia road- beautiful road, but the peacocks are LOUD. We were not in the room a lot, so it was fine- but not the place if you are looking for a quiet getaway.

Room had 2 black leather chairs that were quite worn. Door on bath is barn door type that came off track. Outside of buiding could be really nice with some upkeep and maintenance to parking lots and landscaping and bldg painting.

upgraded to a suite as I guess the other rooms were selling fast. Breakfast was well cared for and stocked. Front desk associate was well informed and efficient. Easy 15 minute walk into town.

The hotel was a regular stop on the trolley. We didn't have to drive at all once we arrived. Walking distance to Fountain of Youth.All our destinations were within walking or trolley. Complimentary breakfast was amazing too!

The sofa in the room had been broken and apparently someone just stuck the leg back under it and as soon as my wife sat down on it to put her shoes on it fell to the floor.

The location was close to a great restaurant which the front desk recommended. We had dinner at the Raintree and it was the best part of our stay in St. Augustine!!! The breakfast in the morning was substantial and there was a nice place to sit and enjoy it.

Breakfast room is very dated with old and ugly furniture. It feels like a high school cafeteria. It needs remodeled!! Food was ok, but I’ve had better.

Everything! I’ve left a review that goes in detail of my wonderful experience at this hotel. Close to everything! Quiet and relaxing. Loved being able to walk to nearby attractions. Rooms updated, beautiful, comfortable and modern. Staff was fabulous! I’ll definitely stay there again. Quiet area.

Furniture was a little squeaky. Shower pressure was a little hard and king beds could use more pillows.

Close to the old city should you need to walk,trolly service stops right on the grounds. Staff was nice, polite and helpful, rooms were clean. It is an old building and cheaply remodeled but served its purpose for 2 days and was comfortable!

Needs small repairs properly done. Ac was really noisy, futon was in poor shape, coffee table in poor shape. Microwave and hair dryer had burn marks on them. Just small things go a long way

I like that it was a historic location and was on the trolley tour so I didn’t have to drive during the day

Due to the updating of the flooring from carpet to vinyl, there is a very large gap between the bottom of the door and the threshold that really should be addressed.

Great location for seeing historic St. Augustine, walking distance to most of the area. Room has been updated and was comfortable. Breakfast was OK, but not great.
