We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe room lacked a microwave (though the lobby had one) and the thermostat didn't regulate the room temperature well. However, these did not impact my one night stay too badly.
The room was spacious and comfortable, the restroom was easy to use and included body lotion(!), the TV set worked well, and the desk was suitable. The beds were spacious enough and had one firm pillow each. The hot breakfast options were outstanding compared to other hotels I usually lodge in!

Reasonable price. Hotel location afforded easy access to Hightstown, with its many restaurants and historic district.

United StatesThe house keeping ladies are all very nice. But I think there may be lack of communication between front desk and housing keeping. Because they knocked on my door twice to ask if they can do housekeeping meanwhile I am checking out on that day. So i am not sure what is the house keeping protocol for guest on the day of check out. My understanding is you won't bother the guest until 11am as this is the check out time to see if anyone is in the room. If no one then you can clean the room.
The breakfast was the usual egg, sausage and potato, oat meal, fresh pancake, fruits, drinks, toast, bread, yogurt and muffins. The oat meal also have almond chips, dry cranberry, chia seeds, brown sugar and milk to go with it. I enjoy a hot meal especially for breakfast. The best part is breakfast last until 10am. You can sleep in a little and still make it to the breakfast. Staffs are very friendly. They even remember my name when i checked in.

The location was terrific as we were breaking up a trip to western Massachusetts and my husband, as a graduate of the Peddie school, wanted to visit the campus as a graduate of the class of 1950.
