Location might be a problem for some people because of safety but it is DTLA. Many food options around and a nearby CVS for convenience. Just avoid going out at night.

The property had everything we needed for a short 4-day stay and we did not come across any issues. Room was comfortable and well-stocked.

Neighbourhood could be a bit rowdy late at night on weekends. Street was getting repaved so construction work too made it hard to get into parking but this I assume is a temporary problem. Could do with more coffee provided for the machine.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Loads of apartment space and good kitchen facilities, strong shower. Good temperature control. Wi-fi reliable after it had been down (neighbourhood problem) for first few hours of our stay. One of us was able to do zoom calls no problem so you can definitely do some work there. Big comfy beds! The fridge had an ice machine! Property felt secure and they looked after our bags at reception after check out. Location was excellent for getting around the city and having access to restaurants, supermarkets and many other amenities.

Parking. This property used to be an apartment building. You have to park at the St. Vincent, an office building 300 feet down the street. It is fine; but online directions could be better. I plan to stay here again.

Spacious room with full kitchen, living room, and big windows with view. Nice staff. Appreciated that the front door of the hotel was secured from the outside, as this hotel is located in a pretty dicey area. Price was reasonable.

Construction noise, starts early morning and continues all day, very poor noise insulation, from high floors we can hear how people talk on the street. No parking, 3rd party parking closing early, another one charging double if stays after 6AM.

Close to public transport and tourist attractions. There is a kitchen which is helpful . The room is huge. The hotel is good for family.

Parking to be honest. I read reviews of the garage across the street and didn't want to take a chance. Luckily, I was visiting for an event and a friend had an extra parking space in her building and offered it to me.

The size , cleanliness and comfort of the room was very good. My room looked out onto a brick wall, but that really didn't bother me too much. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Needed to be alert when walking around outside, but felt safe during the daylight hours. Enjoyed the neighborhood. Lots of cafes and restaurants..

a bit of noise in the morning and during the day due to construction work in the area. Not the Hotel fault but that is the only thing i I didn't like. .

The place was close to transport and in the city center. No issues finding things around such as food and groceries. Great work in the renovations, keeping the old style with modern facilities

The location is very far from the touristic attractions, so if you go as a tourist you’re gong to have to travel at lest 1 hour in public transportation just to get there, and also the location doesn’t feel very safe

Location terrific. Regular bar right outside was a little unfriendly vibes wise but that may have been as it was between 1.30 and 2am. Nearby bars Beelmans and Golden Gopher were excellent. The half hour walk to Union Station with all my bags the following morning was pleasant enough. Pleased I opted for this stay given my late arrival into the city. Will certainly look to use again if I am ever downtown in LA again

I didn't care for the location, but DTLA is what it is🤷🏽‍♀️, so therefore there were not any places to park for free, but there were a couple places close by that didn't cost too much for an overnight stay. The water in the bath took a very long time to get hot, but I was advised that was bc I was on the 9th floor and the building is old, so it takes time-they were correct, as it eventually got hot. I always wear socks indoors and the ones I wore were pretty dirty/dusty after walking in them a little., so the floor wasn't as clean as I'd like but nothing stood out other than that.

The loft was nice and spacious for the amount paid. I loved that it had a full kitchen and 2 beds! The bath tub was larger than standard, which helps when you're above average in height. The staff was very helpful, and attended to my request by even showing me different rooms before I made my final decision! They went above and beyond, which you don't get much these days.

Location excellent. In the heart of jewellery district, lots of security, felt very safe. Was great to walk around downtown. Room was amazingly big. Full size kitchen, walk-in wardrobe. Loved it. Would definitely stay here again.

The noise level was very loud both from outside the building and within the complex. Very loud noises coming from the room above us. Only one bathroom is not enough for an apartment which caters for 5 people.

Staff were very nice and helpful. They had luggage storage for before or after check in/out.

Location has a lot of homeless people arnd and siren and chopper sounds all thru the night. Advised not to step out after dark. Though we didn't have a bad experience.

Very large apt for us, comfy, all amenities there including laundromat in the basement.
