No exhaust fan or place to hang wet towels in the bathroom or plug in a blow dryer in the bathroom or sink area . Parking was tight and someone unlocked our door and came in early while we were still in bed our second morning. Would like to have had a clock .

The location was great and the staff were helpful. The room and beds were large . The outlet and phone cube was cool on the bedside table.

Newly installed Ductless AirConditioning blowing onto beds in room 416. Very uncomfortable. Front desk didn't know anything about how they work and neither did we. Couldn't find "swing" mode

We liked everything! Beds were nice. Room was clean. Staff was helpful and easy to chat with. Ice water was flavored in lobby. Coffee available in lobby Kcups. Was a nice visit.

Only one person working when checking in and she had to deal will problem person who could not pay, had customer on phone who wanted to make reservation so we had to wait 15 minutes to get our room . Was not a good impression first thing. Bed was way too firm.

The rooms are very outdated and the facilities are not clean. We stayed on the 3rd floor and that’s apparently the only laundry facility in the hotel. Everything in there was broken except for 1 washer and 1 dryer which you had to dry your load twice for it to dry completely. The detergent dispenser was broken but the front desk was selling detergent. There is an ice machine by the pool that looks like it’s NEVER been cleaned since it was manufactured. But there was a much nicer one on the 4th floor. Also, our room had a jacuzzi tub which I would 0/10 recommend. We turned it on with an empty tub of water to test it and thank goodness none of my kids were in there because a bunch of mildew and black specs flew out and the water instantly turned brown. Needless to say, the kids all showered instead of bathed the whole week we stayed. The carpet in our room was frayed and torn and very old and dirty! My kids feet turned black from walking in the room barefoot. The hotel needs a major upgrade and probably would benefit from tile floors instead of carpeting. With that being said , the rooms were as clean as they could be (we had 2 family suites) and we felt safe staying there.

The pool was great! The weather was a bit cold because of the hurricane in Florida but the pool is heated and is much larger than other hotels we’ve stayed at in Wildwood Creat before. The pool was definitely a lifesaver!! We stayed for 7 nights and we saw it being vacuumed twice during our stay. There were plenty of chairs and tables to sit at without it feeling over crowded. Definitely bring some pool toys and floats or noodles, thought because ours kept getting taken by other kids who didn’t have any toys to play with and we had to constantly ask for our stuff back. Our kitchenette was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare and cook a few meals. There are also 3 bbq grills by the pool which was nice for quick dinners.

Loved the room itself, the maid was hands down amazing, very friendly and came by the same time every morning (didn’t need much but helped take out the trash and she even offered more dish rags when she saw mine was used and provided plenty of towels!) the townhouse was very clean when checking in the only downfall was when checking in I didn’t feel the very warm welcoming feel I was expecting or the same customer service I received on the phone when I called (when I called the lady on the phone was very nice and took the time to answer my questions). The maid was more friendly then the front staff upon arrival. I was basically handed the room keys and had to ask where the room was and the elevator, they placed a $100 hold on my card & I asked for a receipt and she told me I would get one when I checked out & I never did get one when checking out (I felt like some information should have been provided as well as the amenities offered, i felt like it was more or so like a figure it out yourself type of deal) but then other staff was there on other days and would be wonderful, and would say hello and talk to my little one etc. the only thing I would have changed was the check in. Other than that everything was amazing and would recommend to others.

Loved the property itself, beds were comfy with plenty of pillows and blankets, bathroom was updated for the most part, pool was warm on cold days & had great hours, loved that there was mini golf & the ping pong table for my little one, one very short block away from the beach, was able to hear a concert from the field a block away at night but not too loud, close to the park & splash pad as well as bike rentals that you can ride down to the boardwalk. Truly enjoyed myself!

Hallways very noisy late at night light. Also we had some was knocked on our room door at 11:30pm it happened twice. We checked the peep hole. No one I called the front desk told them me and my girlfriend was scared. The front desk said they will be right up

The lights in the bathroom in room 414 was very dull. Also the last large hanging light from the ceiling tye bulb was very dull compared to the same light hanging on right side.
