Unfortunately, the "booking" app did NOT provide the correct directions. The room was clean. Almost. The bedside lamp had no bulb. It had been smashed out (as evidenced by the smashed shade liner behind the bedside table and detached socket, which I put my finger in when I attempted to switch it on). I did not get a shock. There was some pretty shaggy dust hanging around certain areas, but it didn't detract.

The location was perfect. See disclaimer below. It was clean. Almost.See further disclaimer. I found 35 cents, so there's that. It was what we needed, a cheap place to sleep near where we needed to be. Did what was advertised.

There was NO shampoo or hairdryer, even when I asked at the office. Really? How much would it cost to at least have some shampoo available when it is asked for???

It just was not clean. The shower the bed the bathroom and it looks like they kind of upgraded but its still bummy. They should have microwaves in the rooms at least. Idk who is cooking crack or poison in the community microwave its scary

The room was incredibly small for the oversized, extremely worn-out furniture and bedding. There were cigarette burns EVERYWHERE. On the carpet,furniture, bedspread. You had to crab walk at the end of the bed to get to the other side of the room. When we moved a dresser to make it more convenient to move around, we FOUND A DEAD MOUSE!!! I immediately called the front desk only to be told that there was no one available to come remove it! I asked if he was joking if he expected us to remove it, and his response was if we would, he would give us a refund for one of the two nights we stayed in this shi**Ole which never happened because he never made any notation in the system and even after showing the morning staff pics of the dead mouse,she was ridiculously nonchalant about it and said she could not refund anything. This was the nastiness hotel as far as renovation and customer service. I'm embarrassed for them. In case the overall bad attitudes from every staff member there wasn't irritating enough, they had the audacity to ask us to check out the next morning when we booked the room for 2 days! Save yourself the traumatic experience of trying to deal with such ignorant people who have no business pretending to run a hotel and look elsewhere. One other complaint is that they only had one tiny bar of soap and two towels in the room. No washcloth, no floor mat, no toiletries, and the sink was almost falling off the wall. It was absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.all the way around.

The only acceptable thing about this motel is the location. There are so many places to eat and shop within minutes. Also, it is super convenient to get to Philly from there.

The customer service was terrible, a very horrible attitude like it was free to stay there at 11 am I was supposed to leave the hotel it was 11:10 I was changing my clothes to leave and they called the police they were very bad

Everything! For the price we paid,it wasn't worth it. It looks like a hole in the wall. Bed sheets were dirty looking, rooms looked like they weren't cleaned. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The rooms are dirty. Dust on the tv. Window sills haven't been wiped in months. Fixtures broken. Fire alarm dangling from the wall. Refrigerate looks like it has never been cleaned. I realize it's a 2 star motel, but this below a 2 star standard. Burnt out light bulbs.
