We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff was genuinely friendly and beyond helpful. Most of the guests staying on proper were Hurricane Ian evacuees, recovery personnel, and pets. Without exception, every single associate went out of their way to be helpful during a very stressful time. They never let you see them sweat, and I’m sure there were moments when they were!

They accommodated a late check-in and even offered a late check-out due to our lack of sleep. Definitely would stay here again and we are planning to on our way back through.

United StatesReservation was for a queen room with 2 queen beds. Got a room with a king bed and an uncomfortable hide-a-bed. Also, room was not ready when we arrived around 10:45 p.m. and had to wait for the front desk person to clean it, since no one was there to help her. The hide-a-bed also had a potato chip bag in it.

United StatesWe are a church that uses your hotel a lot. September 23, 2021 our church booked 2 rooms both with 2 queen beds for guests at the Hampton Inn in Adel Ga who were traveling 5 hours away. When our guest arrived around 5 pm which we put (I don't knw the arrival time in the box)we get to the hotel give them our reservation numbers and they tell us the rooms aren't clean.. (CHECK -IN IS 3PM AND HERE IT IS AROUND 5PM) I am beyond angry but keeping my cool. Then the lady comes back and say we have 1 room available because the other room was giving away (IF WE WANTED 7 PEOPLE PACKED LIKE SARDINES WE WOULD HAVE BOOKED 1 ROOM OURSEVLES.) SO here it is around 7pm our guests are tired and we are playing a waiting game. Then they tell us they will refund our second room and waive the fee I started laughing and stated you don't have a choice you are the one gave it away. We kept the 1 room but cancel the other 2 days. We are driving them 30 minutes away to a different city so they all will be able to stay at the same hotel and be comfortable with 2 rooms.. I am not a happy customer!!! Your customer service people kept giving me the run around with a number to call.
