The staff personal front desk a guy I ask why their is bad smell outside, he told me with a attitude, if I know I will be rich — so rude he was working 4/12 , the kitchen lady was really rude u couldn’t a ask anything because she was with attitude, not friendly it all

Breakfast was pretty much gone an hour before breakfast buffet was over. Another guest went to tell the front desk that there was no more milk and the lady responded that she did not work in that area! We were shocked at her response and just grabbed a banana which was pretty much all that was left and we left. Did not bother to look for breakfast the next day. Which is something we always look for - free breakfast. Last time we stayed we notice the carpet exiting the elevator on all floors was dirty and stained. Hoped that it would be clean this time but it was just as dirty if not dirtier. Do they no shampoo these carpets regularly?!

Location was perfect and seemed pretty safe. This is our second time staying there in two months. The first room was a suite for the same price as the regular room we got this time. The suite was awesome!

All handicap parking was taken on Saturday evening, my father had to walk further than needed.

carpet on 2nd floor as we exited the elevator were very dirty and stained. as wall as entire hallway to our room. parking was tight as some guest took up to 4 spaces to park their truck with their boat attached. Sheer curtains in room had marker markings on them.

The temperature in room would get comfortable then ac would turn off. Room would get warm and ac would eventually turn back on. This made it difficult for me to sleep at night.

Not enough towels; we were given three even though the reservation was for four guests. We requested extra towels but were given small pool towels. There were also no towels available at the pool. Doors opening and closing was really loud--woke up both mornings to slamming doors. Breakfast ends too early and not enough food available. Because the AC was located on one side of the room, that side stayed really cold while the other half was warm. There was also a not-so-pleasant smell in the room upon entry. There are also no USB plugs and charging blocks do NOT fit in the outlets on the lamps.

The size of the room was perfect for our family of four. The refrigerator was big enough to hold drinks and the food/snacks we brought. And the location was central to great food and the beach.

My room had hair dye all over the restroom and didn’t have a Lysol sticker that sealed the room prior to me entering it.
