Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe breakfast while included with the stay, it was sub Hampton standards in my opinion. There wasn't enough seating, space, flow or food for the number of guests. Eggs ran out and took 10minutes to refresh. There were no toppings for the oatmeal. No yogurt, milk, hard boiled eggs, etc.
Location was very convenient to UMN. Front desk staff were very welcoming.

United StatesI didn't like however Upon check in I was quoted one price. From booking (539.40) My bank (wellsfargo) thought the hotel charge was a fraud. So I had to leave and come back. The staff at the hotel was going to charge me first $643.?? So I thought the extra charge was just for a deposit. Coming back from the bank the hotel jump the price up another 100 totaling $743.??. In which I wasn't going to pay I ensured I'd iget the difference back bcz then I just got stolen of the rest of my trip money that was for the RUSS concert, & food for the rest of the trip I also couldn't buy any merchandise, food and drinks while AT the event and while WAITING IN LINE since noon in which that extra 200 was supposed to contribute to.
Everything in my room and the rest of the hotel was Grand.

United StatesHardly any parking at the hotel itself. Had to park at an overflow parking lot one building away and "PAY $16 A NIGHT TO PARK". That was ridiculous. If I knew that I was going to have to pay $16 per night for parking I would not have stayed there. They also emailed me ahead of time that they wanted people to wear masks. . . .half of their staff had masks whereas my family wore masks to accommodate their request.
