We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesOnly complaint was there was a fan in the ceiling above the entry way to our room that was a bit loud and there was no way to turn it off, so it was like having white noise all night long.
Fantastic place to stay in Roseburg. Very new, clean, quiet and comfortable. Excellent location (easy off and on I-5). Great hot breakfast (Omelette, meat and potatoes, fruit, make your own waffles, cereal, bagels, muffins, etc). Staff is very professional, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Rooms are large, comfortable, clean and well appointed. Highly recommend.

CanadaThe bed was comfortable but the pillows were too small and squished flat so not supportive for sleeping or sitting up to read.
Bathroom was updated, bright and spacious. Room size was generous, parking was easy and breakfast was quite good, really enjoyed the waffles and coffee. I also liked that I could control the room temperature so it was cool for sleeping. Overall it was a good hotel, a pleasant stay!
