How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I hoped that the lobby area was larger to accommodate the large number of guests staying in the hotel. But it was very clean so that was a plus.

Price- it was still way overpriced for one night. I would recommend it, but it was a lot more than I expected.
The location was great for our basketball tournament- very clean and the people were really nice. The breakfast was OK, but the coffee was great! Overall very nice.

There is a large hidden charge that is not on the reservation process nor in the policies. While it is understandable that a fee may be due for any charged directly to the customer for damage or missing items, it does not say how much and what that process is. Other hotel chains generally charge this way but only $25-$20 and some just include it in the agreement that any damage will be charged to the card on file. HOWEVER, surprise, when we checked in we had another $150 charged to our account for "incidentals". This results in the loss of $150 available funds on the card, which in our case put a crimp on the vacation plans. Not everyone has a bottomless pit of available funds and this one surprised us. There is nothing at all about this on your website or rates page. As of now, I am out of $150 while I wait for the hold to be released by the bank because of this. Very unhappy on the lack of transparency from a chain like Hilton.
The room was nice. Carpet was beat. Bathroom very impressive and beds are comfortable. All in all a nice room.

I didn't like being woken up by housekeeping at 10:30 when my alarm was set for 11:30 because check-out was at 12.
The room was modern and clean. The front staff were extremely kind, friendly and helpful.

The only problem I had while I was there was the WIFI where my room was located would not work. It would connect but it would not let me access the internet. I confirmed this with the staff on sight. It wasn't the end of the world but was a bit of a bummer.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfy and clean. The bar was a nice touch for a place like this. Overall everything was very nice.

The hallway for our room smelled awful. Like mildew and it was strong. Toilet paper holder was broke and shower head was coming off the wall.
Large parking lot, wasn’t crowded and they have free Tesla chargers on site so that made it extremely convenient. Complimentary breakfast every morning is good along with the fitness center and indoor pool.

My bathroom in my room, I had some complaints. The toilet needed to be flushed several times to work properly. The shower drain was clogged.

With the breakfast service, it would be nice if they could provided carriers we could use to transport multiple cups of coffee up to our room in the morning.
Loved the indoor pool and I hope they can fix the Honors app so folks can gain access to the pool area with out assistance.

It was strange that there was no bureau or closet to hang up any clothes. I've never seen that before very little space for two people to put their clothes which was a little inconvenient but okay for just one night. Also the pool was not available which was a little disappointing.
It was comfortable for a nice day. The staff at the front desk who was there when we checked in was extremely friendly and nice.
