Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location was great for our basketball tournament- very clean and the people were really nice. The breakfast was OK, but the coffee was great! Overall very nice.

United StatesThere is a large hidden charge that is not on the reservation process nor in the policies. While it is understandable that a fee may be due for any charged directly to the customer for damage or missing items, it does not say how much and what that process is. Other hotel chains generally charge this way but only $25-$20 and some just include it in the agreement that any damage will be charged to the card on file. HOWEVER, surprise, when we checked in we had another $150 charged to our account for "incidentals". This results in the loss of $150 available funds on the card, which in our case put a crimp on the vacation plans. Not everyone has a bottomless pit of available funds and this one surprised us. There is nothing at all about this on your website or rates page. As of now, I am out of $150 while I wait for the hold to be released by the bank because of this. Very unhappy on the lack of transparency from a chain like Hilton.
The room was nice. Carpet was beat. Bathroom very impressive and beds are comfortable. All in all a nice room.

United StatesWe went away for a mini vacation in NJ. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast had a good selection of food, particularly turkey sausage. The room, lobby & pool were clean and exactly as the pictures online. They had a Peleton bike and other equipment in the gym, which was very clean. I had a wonderful time and would definitely return again and recommend to others.

United StatesThe only problem I had while I was there was the WIFI where my room was located would not work. It would connect but it would not let me access the internet. I confirmed this with the staff on sight. It wasn't the end of the world but was a bit of a bummer.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfy and clean. The bar was a nice touch for a place like this. Overall everything was very nice.

Large parking lot, wasn’t crowded and they have free Tesla chargers on site so that made it extremely convenient. Complimentary breakfast every morning is good along with the fitness center and indoor pool.
