    I Was not informed the of the $50.00 deposit upon booking, and it was charged to my Card. My account showes that the deposit is still active and not sure when it will be removed from my account.

    No hair conditioner in the bottle in the shower. Shower however, was excellent.

    While the room itself was spacious, the bathroom was a little cramped. Also, THERE IS NO FREE PARKING. You have to pay $13 per day to park there, which is just ridiculous to me. Free parking at a hotel should be a given.

    The complimentary breakfast was great - so many good options. The location was also great - it was just a couple minutes off of 95, with a large shopping center right across the street.

    Be careful with the staff. I informed the front desk that I had paid online prior to checking in. Front desk tried three (3) additional times to charge me for the room. I showed the paid receipt and he attempted again. How many people have double paid because they didn’t pay attention. The bed was awful. Got 3 hours of sleep between the barking dogs and worst mattress ever.

    Breakfast was good. That is about it.

    We were in a non smoking room. The smell of pot was throughout the hallway and could be smelled in our room. I woke up at 4 am to the smell of pot.

    Easy check in, check out, attentive and friendly staff.

    Elevator takes time,they have two but one is out of service,that puts pressure on the working one. Room has no microwave,no fridge.

    That they had no coffee for breakfast the last 2 days of our stay.

    The fact that I requested and paid for a one bedroom suite, but was given a one room king with a sleeper sofa. I was told that the room I had was considered a suite because of the microwave and refrigerator.

    There could more fruit offered. Other than that I have no complaints about their breakfast.

    I couldn't eat any meat or eggs because of the pork content. My room was not very clean. It was very expensive for snacks. My shower faucet was leaking. It was very noisy during the day due to construction. It is usually my favorite hotel so I hope the reconstruction is over soon.

    The new waffle flavors and breakfast potatoes were delicious. I wish there were more pork free options.

    See above. Booking.com trying to deceive customers like myself to book in line. Did not show the real room that you booked for but to provide you with a better picture to deceive on line customer. When l arrived at the hotel, a smaller, totally different room was provided.

    Breakfast was good. Many selections to choose from. Room was small. Although l booked a double room on line. But booking.com show me the Queen size suite on line. That was a very upsetting experience. Front desk staff was not too professional. Do not want to even deal with the situation. Just simply tell me they are understaffed and he can’t help. When l told front desk there was a desk night missing in my room, he just told me he can’t help me. There is no hotel room service in the moment and there was no extra desk lamp.
