The pool had hair balls in it, but other than that it was a very nice hotel.

Nice big room, with a beautiful bathroom shower. It was so spacious that my 2 young kids had plenty of room to get their energy out.

How busy the pool ended up being all times of day. For a 3 year old learning to swim it was difficult to teach her or play with so many older kids in the pool too. It’s ok at least we got some time in.

Loved how close our room was to all the amenities like the pool and free breakfast, laundry room, coffee stand.

The only issue I had was being charged $75 per night for our dog. I had mistakenly thought the $75 was a flat fee.

It’s not that I didn’t like, but the pullout sofa mattress could have been a little more comfortable. I did sleep through the night on it.

We loved everything. The room was spacious and the walk in shower was huge. The water pressure was amazing. It’s close to stores and food. The free breakfast had quite a bit to choose from.

We weren't able to get into the pool area, the door was malfunctioning. Maintenance eventually fixed it. Found the coffee to be very strong. Had to add hot water to water it down. The coffee station near the front desk ran out of coffee cups...I informed them and they replenished them.

Breakfast was good, a variety of items to choose from. Didn't like how strong the coffee was.

3 staff members asked the day of our departure what room we left so they could clean it. When in fact we were not ready to leave at all. Leaving the room getting on the elevator for breakfast while riding the elevator to go to breakfast. Was really frustrating

First of all, I was a little forgetful during the departure of my trip, and the staff were efficient, kind, and helpful during that time. The bathroom was spacious, and something notable was that full-size shampoo, conditioner, and lotion bottles were provided rather than the super small bottles. As someone with a lot of hair, that is super helpful! If I had known that, I wouldn't have brought my own. Another (less relevant) thing I loved was the pillows. The whole bed was comfortable, but the fluffy pillow was amazing. I had a great night sleep. The whole hotel was above par on cleanliness from my experience. Overall, the experience was easy and comfortable! I would definitely visit again/recommend it to others.

Everything was and always is fantastic

Always have great stay, staff is fantastic and remember us and treat us better then family. Always clean, neat well cared for. Housekeeping always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic, my husband says and I love the walk in shower

My only complaint is how easily I could hear the people next to us all night long. After 4 hours, I was finally forced to call the front desk at 1:30 a.m. to complain after they woke our kids up for a 4th time. The front desk staff did call the room immediately and asked them to keep the noise level down. Unfortunately, that only made it worse but they did finally quiet down shortly after 2 a.m.

Breakfast was fine, it’s what you would expect from a hotel in this category. What I appreciated the most, was getting to check in early after a red eye flight. The staff of amazing!

The coffee in the coffee bar area down the hall around from the front desk was not very good. Perhaps it was made much earlier in the day and I had some in the evening; definitely not fresh.

Very clean. Pillows and beds were comfortable. Our room was big and the bathroom was spacious.
