Not much to eat available for later in the night but the attached bar restaurant was good. A little out of the way for my hockey trip but not terrible and easy to get to.

Staff was extremely helpful. Staff allowed us to grab a couple items for breakfast even though they weren't quite open yet. Great room lots of space. Enjoyable stay.

The bananas in the breakfast room were brown and there was no milk left for my oatmeal.

Nicely maintained hotel near the NCLEX testing center. There was an issue after I checked into my room and the front desk immediately put me in another room no questions asked. Breakfast was good with an omelette, sausage and coffee and the fitness center is clean and more than adequate. Free parking. Nice linens, newer carpet, decent air flow in rooms and hot shower with good water pressure and pleasant smelling bath products. Thank you!

On my first morning, the breakfast wasn't ready when I went to eat around 7:15am. Since I had a time-line to get to work, breakfast wasn't an option on that day. As a result, to avoid a repeat occurrence, I made plans to buy the rest of my breakfasts off site.

Pool was very cold!!! The staff at the front desk was not polite and seemed very inconvenienced to even have to check me in or out. The lady at breakfast in the morning was very rude!!! Was not any help when asked for something and then walked away to chat with lady at front desk about personal things. When I brought my child to breakfast she again wasn't friendly and scolded my child for not wearing shoes while there was an entire table of people not wearing shoes.

handicapped parking was covered with ice and snow making it difficult for a member of our group to get in and out of vehicle. American and state flags were torn.

Suggestion for improvement (not a complaint): A kind of "expresso" coffee machine would be awesome... as a european, I appreciate smaller cups of coffee with a bit stronger taste.

It's the second time I book this hotel, primarily for the location very close to the company where I work during my stay. But overall, I know what I get: friendly staff, quick check-in, super clean bathrooms/shower (very important to me), the ability to tune A/C or heating to my personal comfort temperature in the room (spacious, clean and comfortable) and a very decent breakfast buffet. The free WiFi works also spotless even with a VPN to my company servers to retrieve documents (I had not always the same quality in other hotels). As I work quite long shifts I don't use much of the other equipements such as pool or gym. Thanks to the desk for helping me out quickly with the tools needed to open my defect luggage lock.

The shower door in the room we had kept sliding open on one side so it was hard to stay warm and keep the water inside the shower.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The king-size room was spacious and clean.

The other guests were very loud whether it be walking through the hallway, in the common areas, or in their own rooms. We heard them at all hours of the night talking, laughing, and with their TV's turned up.

It was a very quiet neighborhood overall and easy to get to regardless of the time of day. The staff was always present and pleasant. The room was big and clean. The bathroom was beautiful, well lit, and the walk-in shower with glass doors was gorgeous.

As a family passing through we value a good pool. This one was cold and didn’t have anything special, which is fine. Our 3 year old had a blast, but a hot tube would have been a nice bonus.

The property was cookie cutter, which is what we wanted. We were passing through and needed an nice spot that we could trust. The highlight of this hotel was the staff. Everyone was super happy and kind. Great work!

There were numerous outlets that did not work in our room. The lighting was also inadequate for the space. It was very dark.
