There was quite a bit of peeling on the ceiling and wall, what appeared to be sheetrock damage. Otherwise it was a good stay.

upon arrival we were placed in a room, the bathroom was dirty, I went right to the front desk and they were so generous about switching us to a different room immediately. there are now extra charges for cots which is new and super inconvenient….

They are so friendly and accommodating! we enjoy going every year!

Only one elevator for such a large property. The wallpaper was peeling and the window was cracked, which made it drafty. And for once in a very long time, I was not able to eat any of the hot prepared food - kind of a bummer.

I would say the good out ways the bad/inconveniences.

I didn’t sleep well and I’m pretty sure the back pain I am experiencing is from the mattress. I could feel the springs in the mattress.

We were welcomed with a warm greeting, not only by the fire that was burning next to a beautifully lit Christmas Tree, but also by staff. The room temperature was perfect!!!The water pressure in the shower was just right…Love the bathroom! All of the appliances work; mini fridge, microwave & blow dryer. I didn’t use the coffee maker.

I understand in every establishment are understaff and we been in this hotel before, I’m not sure what happen to this place is a little DIRTY,( the refrigerator have pizza on it, bathroom wasn’t clean there’s use shampoo in the shower,furnitures need to update, the window shades was falling apart, this is a minor and very common problem, hope the property management will update and address the house keeping about the lousy job.

staff was very nice and helpful, if you have a problem they solve them right away, the ladies on breakfast department are the nicest , pet friendly, breakfast was good, very nice location,restaurants, gas station, coffee (Starbucks) just across the street, Costco is just at the back and in and out of the highway. manager is the easiest to talk to and very responsible to all our concern.

Generally the facility is a bit old fashioned. The fridge in the room was a bit loud. The bathroom handle was broken (but the team fixed it very quickly).

The staff was really great. Whatever we needed they were there to help. The location is excellent. The rooms are big and the showers were great. Breakfast was great. Generally a great experience.

Price $546 a night , taking advantage of the college move in time. just stealing money. Should have a cleaner bathroom (mold on caulking) curtains were ripped up for that price! We will not stay at that price again.

The room was a bit small and the furniture a little shop worn. The toilet paper was not well stocked upon staying in the room - we needed to order it to be delivered.

The breakfast morning staff was very helpful and friendly. As was the front desk staff. Beds were comfortable.

The lack of a hot tub and that you had to request a room refresh, rather than it automatically happening unless you opt out.

Great clean hotel with very comfortable beds excellent staff and a great free breakfast in the morning. We had just come from another hotel in town that was not clean and we did not stay there and switched our reservation to the Hampton Inn and we were very satisfied

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

I thought the room was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed. The only thing that may have been better was if their was another chair so that we could play cards or do a craft at the table together. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. When I couldn't figure out how to make the waffles, she made it for me. (I have never had one before).

The air conditioning would go on and off as expected. The problem was that when it went it was extremely loud. There was not a steady noise which would be bearable but and intermittent pulsating noise. Very hard to sleep.
