The only thing I'd change (other than the price, but this isn't the hotel's fault necessarily; clean hotels have really gone up since the pandemic took effect in 2020), is that we came specifically for Groundhog Day (Punxsutawney is 30-40 mins. away) and there was no breakfast for us (served 6 AM-9 AM at the hotel). Most other hotels in the area do a special early breakfast for Groundhog Day (earlier than 6 AM), which would be appreciated, especially b/c part of the deal package was for breakfast and February 2nd is literally once a year. I'd like to see this happen for a re-booking, or possibly even them wave the breakfast fee for a G-Hog Day stay if that isn't possible.

The pool was very nice, which was helpful to us b/c I traveled with my son, who is a child. It was larger than most hotel pools, got to be five feet deep (which is great), and the saltwater was nice.

My only complaint would be that the pillows were too soft, but I also like a very firm pillow, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

The staff was great. I booked on booking.com and paid fully, but the payment information got messed up between booking.com and the hotel. The staff were very helpful in helping me sort it out even though it wasn't their fault. I booked this hotel because they're pet friendly, but I was worried about travelling with my dog because I'd never done it before. I shouldn't have been worried; the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and understanding. I have to drive back through that area in a few weeks and I'm planning to stay there again. Also, the complimentary breakfast was very good.

Could not connect to Wi-Fi! Elevator was broken but staff still had me use it when knowing it should not of been used safely You could smell hot wire when it started to move. I asked if it was safe…was told “yes”

No daily room service for towels or trash.. There was no area on the floor for trash. You must call front desk or catch a housekeeper. It is the policy for Comfort Inns.

Have some unresolved issues with my stay. On my arrival I was told I was able to apply an aarp discount. On check out wanted to verify it was applied I asked for a print out and was told because of a malfunctioning shower,drain and handle, the room was being comped. When I returned home and checked records realized I was indeed charged and that price was greater than fee confirmed by booking.com. The print out I was given was not mine but belonged to someone else. Called Dubois on Aug 6 hoping to remedy. Waiting for an equitable refund to compensate for shower issues/ difference in quoted price.☹️

The breakfast was very enjoyable. Tasty and a great variety. Comfortable places to sit.

Coffee pot was ridiculous..... so small

we were there to visit my son who just bought a house in High Bridge, so really only slept at the hotel. Beds were very comfortable; room had everything we needed; nice bathroom, plenty of space

The bed pillows were quite flat. The lighting in the parking lot at night is very poor. Some more brighter lighting would be better. Current lighting could be unsafe.

The breakfast was very good. Location was convenient. The price was within our budget. Room was very clean and very spacious. The staff was very friendly.

It was really hot outside, we were looking forward to getting in the pool. It wasn't heated!!! It was so cold, I had to get out after five minutes.Also, the hot tub wasn't accessible!! When I pay over $200/night I expect to be able to use the pool and hot tub!!

The room was clean and cool when we arrived. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Noon checkout was nice.

An excellent place to stay in Dubois. Attractive space and great room. Breakfast was comprehensive- fresh eggs, waffles and other goodies. Great coffee too.
