There is a disconnect between booking.com and the hotel. I needed to change the check-in date for my booking from April 12th to April 13th. I sent a message to the property through the app. However the property has 48 hours to respond. My check-in date was for the next day so I couldn't wait 48 hours for them to respond. I tried the messaging option for customer service. The app was not working correctly. I called the hotel per the guidance on the app (twice). The staff said they could not find my reservation the first time I since the reservation was through booking.com that I needed to call their customer service. I called a second time because I could not find a number for booking.com. I explained that I was trying to change mt check-in date, that I could not locate an 800 number for booking.com on booking.com's website, and I asked to speak to a manager to see if they could help thinking maybe they would be more helpful than the person who answered the phone. The manager would not come to the phone. The message relayed to me was call booking.com. Ok. Booking.com. You guys need to make your customer service phone number more accessible on your app. I could not find it. The chat was not working. I was at my wits end trying to get help from the hotel staff. Thanks to Google I was able to find an 800 number for your customer service. I spoke with a very helpful agent who contacted the hotel and got permission from the hotel to change the check-in date. All is well. Right? NO!!! We arrive at the hotel on our new check-in date of April 13th. The hotel doesn't have a changed reservation for us. They explained that booking.com never sent them the new reservation information. I showed them the confirmed changed reservation on my phone. However. They said they still didn't have it in their system. They updated their system and our reservation was then reflected in their system. This was too much to go through. . .

The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful once we arrived to the location. There was some confusion with changing our check-in date.

It was hard to find, and the $75.00 pet was a lot after describing the hotel as per friendly.

the king size beds need repair. they are platforms and make a lot of noise when you sit, roll over and move. the king mattresses are too soft

The rooms were a little older you could tell, but very clean and nice. Such a wonderful value for the price. And the breakfast they had was lovely. The pool was great, and my whole family had a really nice time.

On arrival, we were greeted very warmly by the front desk staff. Everyone was very nice, and so helpful. We were there on a Holiday, when I'm sure staff would rather be home, but they went out of their way for us.

The AC in the hallways must not have been working or isn't available because the halls were very hot. Also the rooms had an off putting smell. Perhaps humidity was the culprit.

I loved the location as well as the size of the room and amenities. The pool and other amenities were super.

My partner and I both work remotely and needed an additional chair for the second desk in the room. A request for an additional desk chair exposed a furniture scarcity at the hotel.

The staff accommodated my request for a late checkout. The free breakfast has lots of variety. Without a car of our own, we were able to walk to get fet food nearby and even catch a movie.

Hallways weren’t air conditioned and were extremely hot. Hallways Carpets were dirty. Fitness facility was very small and limited. Bed wasn’t of very good quality. Shower didn’t have a door.

They do not have full staff so there’s no turn down service. Rooms felt a little unkept when arrived and very musty smell.

We did not like the hotel policy for room cleaning only upon request. We would like to have daily cleaning and fresh towels.

The bed wasn't very comfortable and it seemed it may have had previous damage underneath that isn't noticeable when looking at the bed.

The lighting in my room could have been better. Even it was sunny outside, I still had to turn the lights on

for some reason, I feel like they were cleaning the rooms on our floor the whole day. so I always hear a vacuum cleaner on.

There is a big construction site on a building that sits in front of the Hampton Inn, which threw me off as I thought that I had arrived to the wrong location. It’s somewhat blocks the building of the Hampton Inn, and doesn’t give a good impression at the start. Hopefully the construction of that property will be completed because it does make an impression for your customers.

I have stayed at Hampton Inn and suites before and been very pleased. This Hampton inn was somewhat smaller than the others, but I have to say the quality was as good as I’ve experienced at the others.
