I didn’t like when I got to my room a piece of the big wood fell on my foot from the nightstand. I took a picture. I showed the young man and the young lady at the front desk. I thought they was going to make an incident report, but they didn’t was having an issue with my hip. And by the poolside and clean properly the same things was there the day after.

I like that on arrival checking in I was having an issue, but the front desk, supervisor, accommodating me with my needs on my stay.

The parking is horrible. Very difficult to drive a Mid-size SUV in the parking garage.

Well... We stay Wednesday to Sunday. On Friday they cleaning people they didn't clean the room. We don't have clean towels in the room. The bed was mess. On Sunday we left by 300. Am because our flight was by 600 am and we left and we didn't enjoy the breakfast.

I like the hotel, is the second time we go over there. The room was good we was in floor 10 , then they changed us to floor 4 because we don't have signal in the TV. But it was ok . The staff was so good we us. The breakfast in the morning was very good..

Check in time too late. Had to make a fuss before room can be ready despite request was made at booking. Flight arrived at 7 am and so very tired!

The room is sparsely decorated. Feeling facilities too basic. Food adequate but self service!

That we have a few maintenance issues. All safes in rooms not working as in process of changing but no note in room to explain this. In daylight the direct hotel area was ok and with walking distance to river walk area. Without a car at night the area felt less secure

Public areas worn and not very clean. Room safe was missing its door. The hotel is near the Las Olas restaurants, but in a different sort of neighbourhood.

We liked the proximity to CVS to stock up on items for cruise. The breakfast was fantastic and friendly atmosphere.

The hotel was located in a seedy area with tons of homeless people walking around. As we stepped outside the hotel, we were met with someone offering drugs. However, the waterfront was in walking distance. Also, the breakfast was subpar. We stayed only two nights and the price was ridiculous (almost $800). I hope that was because it was around Spring Break time. Otherwise, the price is too high for what it offered.

I liked how close the hotel was to the waterfront and activities.

Room smelt like ammonia when we checked in but the front desk moved us to another room without hesitation . Air conditioner sounded like a dishwasher running all night. Did not sleep well because of the noise.
