1. I had reserved our room with a credit card and when we arrived I gave a different card and they still charged the wrong account. That didn’t help with my expenses! 2. We stayed May 12-16th and the pool was GREEN! No chairs by the pool to even sit in the sun. 3. I wasn’t informed at check-in that they no longer offer housekeeping. I had to call the front desk and ask for our room to be cleaned/bed made and for clean towels!

The hotel is showing its age and could use a renovation. I'd give it a 80%. There were a few cracks in the drywall, a leak above my window, and a few other minor things in the room that could be better.

There was no conditioner in the bottle attached to the shower and the vent fan in the bathroom didn’t work. I brought it up to the front desk attendant at check out and she said she would see about getting that fixed.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast provided plenty of options.

I booked a handicapped room as my husband is a amputee and in a wheelchair. The bed was too high and he could not get into it, he had to sleep sitting up in a chair all night, and it was not a recliner. When I went to tell them they told me there were no other rooms available and we would have to stay in that room. Also, it had a tub and not a roll in shower or a bench to get into the shower. Someone needs to address the handicapped facility. I was very disappointed by this, to say the least.

hotel outside remodel noise, furniture in king suite uncomfortable, 1st room 309- no number on room and could see out at door when closed. new room - 409- was better but furniture not like on booking site.

we booked a room for 4 - 2 queen beds. we were given a room with one queen bed and a sofa sleeper. sofa sleeper was not made and no sheets or bedding was found in the room. front desk got us what was needed and offered to have room service make the bed but we declined and made it ourselves. upon entering the hotel there was a pile of booths and tables in a little alcove where I guess there was renovations happening. that was off putting but if renovations were happening, we weren’t bothered by them at any point.

I liked the area of the property and place was clean enough.

Elevator light would not stay on to let you know it was on the way but was pretty quick to get there. Desk staff not overly friendly except Mickie. Rest were ok.

The room was nice and smelled clean. Bed very comfortable and loved the comforter and pillows! Fridge and microwave handy. View good. Breakfast ladies very friendly and kept things replenished. Housekeeping did exactly as I asked.

Entrance to main parking lot is on a curve/rise in the road & makes it difficult to enter the property with an obstructed view of oncoming traffic. Outdoor seating away from the pool is needed.
