Unfortunately, the room faced the highway and was very noisy. As a result, I slept poorly. If you are at all sensitive to noise, I would avoid for this reason or at least look for a higher floor or a room facing the other way.

Room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was decent though the options were limited. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fitness facility was sufficient despite being small.

After paying during the check in, I realized there was a misunderstanding and the prize was for only one room for 4 adults and a child, instead of 2 rooms. When I told them that's not what I wanted, they didn't want to cancel it or charge me just the penalty. They just offered to book me another room, but it was too pricey. So my friends ended up having to go to another hotel. Also, I found the receptionist to be very condescendent. Apart from that, once in the room, it was impossible to sleep due to the noise coming from the freeway. Isolation was poor.

We stayed at the Hampton in off College drive for two nights (Friday-Sunday). My family consist of two babies under 2, my husband and I. My toddler is 22 months old and knows a few words, but mainly communicates loudly. He cries for a minute or two until we give him what he wants, or he'll repeat what he wants until he has it in hand. Nothing unreasonable and certainly no crying for long periods of time. Yesterday, as we were loading our luggage cart, we received a call from the front desk stating another guest had complained about our noise. "Our noise," meaning our son? Mind you, it was the 7am hour and the hotel welcomes guests to eat at 6am. If the hotel didn't want movement and making normal packing up a luggage cart noise, then they shouldn't open for breakfast at 6am (we were there for 6:15am) . I find it completely unreasonable for a family with small children to be shamed for being awake and moving around during awake hours, while those same neighbors could be running up and down the halls and slamming doors until 2am (which I know because I was feeding my 4 mo). The fact that the hotel staff called us to complain for us doing normal morning things with our reasonably noise leveled children was so unwelcoming. Luckily, we were half way loaded and we left within 10 minutes of the call. I will not stay at that hotel again.

location two doors over from the host hotel. Food located on both sides seafood and Mexican. efficiently laid out room plan for comfort Breakfast setup and the Staff providing, setting up and keeping the area clean for the food awesomely wonderful very engaging.

the Brand was the draw. the reservation change upset the person whose job it was to change it. Bringing way more attention to how we made the reservation then needed and add a aggressive that wasn’t there, didn’t have to be there, otherwise. Suggesting next time we come to them directly when if I had not done the search with the app I would not have know they were near where we needed to be without check each hotel separately in the area. SHE WAS UNGRATEFUL and now I won’t even look for them as an option because to me she is Representing the brand. I don’t do not need any added stress in my life Over a conference to bring people together. Everything else was delightful.

The rooms are gross. The rooms were musty and unclean. They smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. We had to go buy candles and air freshener to make it tolerable. There were things in the carpet that we didn't know if it was throw-up or old food. We needed the pull-out couch for our kids and there was food and trash under the couch and it appeared the pull-out sheets were not fresh. The floor felt sticky and un-vacuumed. Finally, there were ants all on our bathroom counter. When we asked the front desk about moving rooms, they said they couldn't do anything because the hotel was fully booked. We will never stay at this hotel again.

We came in for an LSU football game and the proximity to the campus was great. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

The room was very hot the air didn't work.the beds was so hard and cheap that me and my family couldn't sleep because the beds was so uncomfortable .

The stuff was very friendly..I had a big problem with my stay and the manager took care of it right away.

I didn’t like that I booked a smoking room then get there and they decided to tell me that they were all booked and it was nothing that could be done about it .
