The room we had was large and handicap accessible. We had 5 of us staying so we had to ask for a rollaway bed but they had one for us. The kids enjoyed the pool.

Bath towels, face clothes, etc. were kinda cheap. Hope you aren't having a problem with them disappearing

Front desk Staff was courteous with several parties waiting to check in and she was gladly helpful with more than one question. The only problem I encountered was with the men's restroom at entrance. A previous user had a very bad aim urinating. Not sure if he may have had a disability or just careless. I brought this to attention of front desk and believe they addressed problem in a timely fashion.

We were traveling from Colorado back to Illinois and made a stop at Junction City, KS for a meal and a one night stay. We were immediately greeted warmly by the staff and offered cold bottle water. Our room was well cleaned and cooled for us to unwind from a long day of travel. The bathroom was spacious and we were thankful for the higher vanity and taller commode. Nice water pressure as well with the shower.

The temperature of the room was too warm, we tried to adjust it to a cooler temperature; but could never figure it out. Other than that, the room was nice and clean.

We enjoyed the free breakfast each morning, especially the sausage and gravy biscuits! The front desk staff and the people serving breakfast was very friendly!

AFTER booking, the details page popped up stating masks were mandatory (it was an old page on your website). I pulled into the parking lot to find a bunch of CONEX boxes on the property (the hotel is remodeling), The Pool and hot tub was broken (I wasn't looking for either but if you all want a pool or hot tub stay away) The room smelled like a gym locker, The hotel I was trying to avoid when I booked this place was RIGHT NEXT STORE. The exit back on the highway was closed. The reviews I looked at were recent and never mentioned anything about any of what I experienced and I am usually happy if I get what I pay for.... this hotel should have been priced the same a the one I was trying to avoid.

The room was hot when we checked in. It took a long time to lower the temperature so we could sleep. The mattresses kept sliding off of the bases.

Noisy neighbors/rowdy kids. Had to call the front desk for assistance. Parents: if you travel with kids, teach them to respect others trying to get some rest. The room directly above us sounded like a jungle gym. Hotels: consider rooming travelers with children on the ground floor so guest don’t have to hear undisciplined kids jumping on the floor above you. This was our last night of a 2 week road trip and the most expensive of any of our accommodations, but it was the least pleasant of them all. Probably not the hotel’s fault, but in any case the experience has earned them a poor rating.

The property is conveniently located just off I-70. Check-in was fast and staff were friendly. Room was clean and cozy.

Attitude of receptionist at the front desk. Attire questionable. Hairs on the floor in the shower. Desk chair had lots of crumbs on it.
